You're just a weapon for the military, you obey whatever orders are given. Maybe you're like Grim Reaper!Stone and you've had a terrible childhood, been told you're only good for one thing (being of use to the military) or maybe you're like Ghost and you've been in a mission gone wrong and now you've lost everything including what made you your own person. For whatever reason, you're thinking you're only good when you're of service to the military, when you're their weapon.

Speaking of Ghost, he sees himself in you. Sees a reflection staring back at him when he locks eyes with you. You both been broken in, lost everything (or maybe you never had anything) and now you're just a soldier. No family, no friends, no one to tether you two to reality, to ground you and tell you that you are in fact a person and not a weapon.

The military has looked at both of you and seen a blank state, someone to mold into their perfect weapon.

And just like him, you wonder if this is all you are to be. All you're meant to be. But it's all you know, so how can you leave it? How can you learn all of the things that make you, you?

Ghost doesn't know, but he sees you and realizes that's a journey he wants to go on with you. Two mindless soldiers, learning to live.

All I can focus on is the urge to sink my teeth into his soft plum lips. Damn it, Rhea! My hands find their way to his chest, tracing the contours of his toned muscles. I push him away, but he swiftly grabs my hands, pinning them above my head. His intense gaze meets mine, and he growls, demanding to know, "What's your damn problem, Rhea?"

"You're the problem, Vivan. Release me now, I need to leave." His gaze is fixed on me, and without a word, he tugs at the strand of hair falling across my face, tucking it behind my ear. Leaning in closer, he whispers, "It was blocking my view."
