#sims 4 #ts4 #ts4 build #so im kinda back again #this year has been crazy #i move to Paris in september 2022 to study there two semesters #then i came back to spain and move to a new city #well is not really new since its my hometown but i hadn't live there since 2015 and I missed it so much #and between work uni and RL things I didn't have much time to play sims #so here I am again but you know how inconsisten is this blog so dosen't expect regular posts lol #probably i will not have time to play in the future but who cares #now about sims #i've been trying to make some trees DR with new meshes but they refuse to show the correct textures in autumn winter and spring #I suspect it has to be something related to vertex paint or any information attached to the leaves mesh that i'm not getting in s4s #i'll be posting that later to see if someone can give some advice #also had a problem with a building deco for Hendford wich I converted from Cities Skylines #i'm really frustrated with s4s and me lately #well i think its enough for today #come back for more ted talks

#just look at this sexy void-creature-man just ferociously playing that guitar #honestly this looks like a great shoulder and back workout. or at least for a warm-up. Oils dissolve silicone, right? If I got a silicone bowel to hold the water that cleans my paintbrushes, I wouldn't be able to use my (water miscible, meaning I don't need paint thinner or mineral spirits) oil paints in it, yeah?

#back when i was just using watercolors i used just two small regular bowls for brush cleaning #and when the water had evaporated i just cleaned the paint out with a damp paper towel #but since i started using acrylic paints more the left-over paint just cakes onto the bowls after the water evaporates #i had hoped the bowls were smooth enough i could just peel the dried paint off but i guess the coating has tiny pores or something #and now when i dip my brushes in the bowls tiny bits of the dried paint will flake off and get on the brush and then on the canvas #i know people use silicone containers for acrylic paints because you can just pop/peel the dried paint off #I've seen advice to use those silicone popit fidget toys as acrylic palettes even #anyway i use water miscible oil paints from time to time but if I'm right i can't use a silicone water dish for those

#jpr sketches #splatoon #splatoon 3 #bomb rush cyberfunk #I didn’t tag rise!mikey because I haven’t drawn the turtles in a while but he makes me happy tho 😭 #I sort of drew big man that tiny because I was taking a break before going back to paint in class (triangle shaped like a dorito chip lol) #this was my second attempt at drawing tryce with having my switch on stand by while looking at his character model for a few minutes #I gave him slippers instead of his regular shoes because it was around 5 am when I realized ok I might need to stop lol #a slight headcanon ramble while bel has her phone I like to think that bull plushie belongs to tryce #like when the hideout was just starting out bel suggested that plushie would look cute there #and after a while tryce finally agrees that it does look cute there #I had some extra time because class got cancelled from tuesday #I still went to class because the studio was open but the sudden news and the extension on a project made me go time for more silly sketche

i think it would be so fun to make trigun monster high doll repaints. i dont have the base dolls i would want for the characters though so alas it is but a dream for me

#my post #i would want a big sister body doll for milly + a little sister for meryl #as well as two male dolls for vash and wolfwood #i dont really care about what color the skins are cause i can paint over those just fine #but as far as face molds go i would have to check out all the dolls in those categories and choose who all i think would be best #but obviously thatd be hard af cause those types of dolls are all more rare than the regular female ones #i need to finish my one doll i was working on a while back #ive been lazy. and distracted #plus im done with the face and fun sewing. all thats left is annoying sewing and the hair #which i dont like doing. so

#this is a rare occasion so it's worth celebrating to me #i'm wearing Favourite Outfit - white blouse warm beige cardigan grey and black patterned winter long skirt and boots - today #and my hair is FINALLY WORKING WITH ME. the FRONT BITS ARE WAVY #my nails are even painted. a rarity. but that's more for practicality than anything #i resorted to nail polish to stop myself from tearing at my nails out of anxiety #okay back to regular programme i'm just VERY pleased that i look presentable :D

#ace is a mess #i know its for a number of reasons the back to back assignments after spring break the stress of moving out at end of year planning #housing and finances for next year having to go back home for the summer not having a regular schedule not seeing people except for my #family and the fact that summer weather just makes me feel unwell but thats mainly summer problems that doesnt explain why i start losing #my mind in April when it gets sunny and the back to back assignments in winter dont make me feel the same like im more miserable in winter #but in sunny months? straight up losing my mind starting to feel more unhinged like theres some kind of fault its different #dont like it prefer the way i feel bad in winter to the sunny insanity i experience #im literally painting in front of my window and feel like im losing my mind the dichotomy is baffling #hate it here (my brain)
