I'll start strong with all of my current tarot cards I'm making of characters from my self-published novel, All or None! I've had a lot of fun making these, so here's some brief tidbits: The Fool: the feywyld deity Ruelopthe Rebellious, King of the Wild. They're a genderfluid deity that can shapeshift and use he/they pronouns.

The Magician: the arcane deity Pelzz the Wise, Keeper of Knowledge. An agender deity that maintains the Library of All Knowledge.

The High Priestess: the elemental goddess Forea the Heartfelt, Daughter of the Ocean. A nonbinary woman deity that uses she/they pronouns.

The Empress: the divine goddess Radzmia the Proud, Divine Mother. Head of the world's pantheon, representing duality in the same way the moon reflects her sun's light. The Emperor: the infernal god Guulruf the Dutiful, Father of Chaos. Radzmia's husband and father of their three children. The Hierophant: Royiora Daralkaen (he/him), only person currently able to use all five kinds of magic. One of the two main characters. The Lovers: Phalianeon (aka Lian, he/him) and Korila (she/her) Daralkaen, Roy's soulmate parents who adopted him.

The Champion: Hult (she/her), a magic-proof assassin known for stealing all the best one-liners in the book.

Strength: Gorfaliscalion (aka Fali, he/him), a nobleman in the country of Porescalia with close ties to the Daralkaen family.

The Hermit: Kalo Porla (he/him), a magic-proof assassin and the other main character. He and Roy are soulmates.

The Wheel of Fortune: Xia Fazeer (he/him), a frezian noble that's soulmates with Kalo's sister.

Ehm... hi...

Two tinghs... I worked like a crazy for months and made my first important artistic achievment, a tarot deck called Once Upon a Time Tarot (Lo Scarabeo editions, you can google it if you're curious to see what I did while I was gone)

The other thing is... it's still hard for me to put it into words... I had to leave my home and the life I was building to come back to my home town and take care of my invalid (both phisically and mentally) maternal grandmother, since she's too poor for a nursing home and I'm the only one in the family that can actually work from home. And well... let's just say that I had good reasons to go low contact with my relatives. I'm still a little scared to write about my life because I don't want them to find out my vulnerabilities and give me a harder time, but luckily they don't speak english. And I'm far away from the people I love, they are suffering because of health, mobbing and family problems, I can't do anything for them and I'm feeling so useless... not a very good time for my depression... ^^;

I was really hoping to make my great news announcement, I had a lot of plans for this year, but everithing went upside down...

I'm still trying my best, I found some jobs as a colorist for french editors, I really don't want to give up, even if I'm so tired and my hands are trembling.

Something interesting about ISAT has to do with the tarot deck… Most standard tarot decks have a design on the back that looks the same regardless if the card is pulled upright or reversed. Basically, its mirrored on the horizontal axis so that you can’t tell what position it was drawn in until you flip it over. When I was playing the other day, I noticed that when Siffrin drew the 10 of Swords in the reversed position, the narration said that he could tell it was reversed because of the backing being the other way around compared to the previous times he drew cards (in my playthrough so far I’ve drawn the 8 of Pentacles/Coins, 6 of Swords, 5 of Wands, and 8 of Swords prior to drawing the 10 of Swords and in that order. All previous cards were in the upright position, iirc). It’s an interesting design choice in the game, and not something I’d normally see irl (I’m not critical of this choice for clarification, its okay to have a deck without a symmetrical backing, it happens more than you’d think) :3
