And since some people, at least one more person is interested I've decided to bring a some small headcannons I have about them:

-Tsukishima was a bit unsure about this friendship/relationship but Osamu managed to make skme dinosaur-shaped Onigiri and it was enough to make Tsukki 'happy' (of course he also saw how happy Yams was-)

-When not studying/working, Yams helps Osamu in the restaurant and sometimes during game season, which makes both of them watch some of the games together

-Osamu tought Yamaguchi how to make 'perfect' Onigiris

Your hcs sent my brain whirring and I got excited. Pls ignore any mistakes it is 2:30 am here and I'm half asleep writing this but I am also too excited to post it right away lmao:

- I feel like this would be a very sweet/stable relationship because both of them are very grounded/sensible/mature/mentally stable people?

- They'd be the kind of couple that isn't very into excessive PDA and the most they do is probably hold hands in public.

- They would just give off good vibes. The kind of couple that makes you smile when you see them with each other on the street.

- I also think they'd be the kind of couple that doesn't raise their voices at each other?? They are both cool-headed and patient so they would talk through their problems instead of yelling.

- Tsukki will never admit it but he was jealous in the beginning that Yamaguchi was giving someone else more time/attention. The dinosaur onigiris definitely helped, though.

- Yamaguchi 100% raves about his boyfriend's onigiris non-stop and praises them so much that it brings Osamu a lot of business just through word-of-mouth.

- Also also!! Whenever Yamaguchi is working late/doing a night shift, Osamu brings him dinner on his way home and eats with him.

- Yamaguchi's colleagues all love Osamu because he sometimes brings them food too.

- On date nights they usually explore new restaurants and try out food from different cuisines!!

- Samu accompanies Tadashi to Tsukki's matches and Tadashi accompanies Samu to Tsumu's matches.

- Whenever business is down or Samu hits a roadblock, Tadashi is his biggest hypeman and will do everything in his power to support his bf.

- Samu learned to cook Yamaguchi's comfort dishes perfectly and whips them up whenever the latter is feeling down/ is sick.

Ugh they're too cute I had a lot of fun imagining these.

when I say this fic made me cry, I mean that it made me lie in bed and SOB for ten minutes. holy shit (maybe I projected too hard) completely worth reading, especially if you love komori motoya as much as I do

venus 金星 planet of love series by fatal

kunimi/kageyama; rated M; varying lengths but 28k total; 3 fics, series complete

timeskip kunikage, fwb but they are kind of in love. past sakusa/kunimi in the second part

actually this is a series and they are all published separately. the first one is fairly short and the next two are longer

in which ao3 user fatal ripped out my heart and didn’t give it back. I keep saying this for every fic but I really, really mean it when I say this writing is breathtaking and spectacular and devastating. if you are in the mood for kunikage Angst with capital A, I cannot recommend this enough

it was 3:30 am and I sobbed through this fic in bed. didn’t think it was possible to cry so hard over a metaphor. if you read this and want to talk about it my DMs are open. PLEASE I am desperate to talk to anybody about it oh my god

Whenever they go on dates they always switch accents for fun and make fun of eachother for how bad their empressions are

Yams is already ok at cooking but Osamu insists on teaching him how to cook like a pro

Yamaguchi will play guitar for Osamu and Osamu is enamored everytime

They watch every MSBY game together and are always so proud of hinata and atsumu

Yamaguchi will find rocks and be like “I got this for you” and Osamu always response “I’ll cherish this forever” but deadpanned. Yamaguchi assumes he just throws them out but he keeps every single one

Osamu is very sentimental and will keep some sort of notebook or scrapbook for every date they’ve been on and gives it to yamaguchi ever anniversary
