Alastair: I just heard Matthew call the dog a “fucking liar” because he barked like someone was at the door and no one was there

Some fun little hc about Oscar the dog that are totally not based on my dog Remy
There is a window in Matthew's apartment that faces the street and also gets a lot of sunlight. Oscar will sit there all day every day and bark at pretty much anything abnormal(leaves falling, grass blowing in the wind, people, carriages, etc). See example below:
Everyone in the shadow world in London knows Oscar. Everyone. He gets out a lot(Matthew has no idea how) and he just walks around and makes new friends
He's not an aggressive dog. The worst thing he does is grab a hand with his mouth to take them somewhere/the occasional jumping on someone if he's really excited
He has a favorite toy. A stuffed bunny that doesn't even squeak. Matthew got it the day he got Oscar and it's the only toy Oscar hasn't ripped apart
His best friend is named Jaques, a french bulldog who lives in Anna's neighbor's apartment. They have never physically interacted beyond the window in which they first saw each other
He is in love with a lesbian polyamourus cat who moonlights as a hooker. The cat is aware of this and proceeds to shake her butt in front of the window Oscar frequents, then she goes home to her two lovers and they're adopted kittens(Lucie and Ari have both tried to adopt all 7 cats only to be disappointed when discovering they already have owners)
He can and will eat anything without getting sick. Seriously. He ate 5 books while Matthew was in Paris and was completely fine
He loves baths but hates swimming
He barks up at the rain
He has separation anxiety and cannot be put in a crate/locked away or else he will become incredibly scared and anxious(with a possibility of reacting poorly to unfamiliar areas/people)
His favorite food is crackers
He is a lap dog. Any other arguments are wrong. Just because he's a big boy doesn't mean he won't crawl into literally everyone's lap if they're sitting in his chair
He has a chair. A leather cushioned chair. It's his. If you sit there, he will be joining you. See example below:
Matthew lets Oscar on the furniture so now Oscar owns the different furniture in the sitting room, and they each serve different purposes
The couch is where he takes his toys to chew on
The loveseat is the "good boy" chair, ie the place where he takes large treats, such as bones, and jumps onto it from 2 feet away(it scares anyone who is sitting on the loveseat and almost becomes a landing pillow for a 65 pound dog). It is called the good boy chair because he only gets treats if he's been a good boy(he is always a good boy)
The chair is where he sleeps and naps in weird positions. See examples below:
When Oscar goes for a walk, some times he decides he doesn't want to anymore and will flop down on the grass. See example below:

who do you think would be in the order of the clocktower?
cause i'm assuming it's largely british/uk but i think it's general europe
we know agatha christie is in it but who else?
shakespeare probably, maybe arthur conan doyle, and maybe jane austen. i think oscar wilde would be fun to have as a character and george orwell could have an interesting ability.
