I watched OT7 CNS with my mum and she confused Jungkook for Jimin because of his high singing and because you couldn't see his face very well and asked if Jimin also had that many tattoos and I told her Jimin hadn't showed up yet. When he had his grand entrance a few seconds later she was "nevermind, only Jimin could get out of a car like this" 😂😂

Aahahaha Although Jimin and Jungkook have different voices in general, their high pitches are similar, that's why they sometimes harmonize on them, so I don't blame her ahahaahahahahahah

I wanna hear your opinion about Jimin's weverse interview, about what he said "It hasn’t been very long since I realized that I was the one to grab on and forced everything to happen..."

@parrocodellamontagna Did you read Jimin’s new interview for Weverse? He matured a lot during the pandemic and I couldn’t be more proud of how introspective and wise he became. What we’re your thoughts on it?💓

Adding your lovely questions together since it's the same topic and I'll just give all my thoughts on Jimin's WeVerse article in one go!

First, the Weverse Magazine interviews are always my favorites that they do. Rolling Stone also did a pretty wonderful job with their interviews. I'll start with just talking about how much Jimin always impresses me. His self awareness, his growth, his journey of self discovery and self love. The way he always acknowledges and praises the people in his life that he loves. His emotional intelligence is through the roof. He is incredible. His relationship with his members and his relationship with his parents is so beautiful. You can tell that he nutures and cares for all his relationships in life, and its why you can always see the intense amount of love that he gives and recieves from those around him. His intelligence, humbleness and grace are aspects to be greatly admired. He is an incredible role model to people of all ages.

About how he said that he was the one who grabbed on and forced things to happen. I think that was a big part of his journey of self discovery and love. He has mentioned it before during some 2020 content, like the BE-hind album talk and interviews. How he realized that the members were his truest and closest friends, how he can rely on them. How he let a lot of friendships and toxicity in his life go. He used to give and give and give to people without receiving the same love and devotion in return. He was forcing those bridges to stay up through his own force of will, but that's not how life and relationships should work. Both people on either side of that bridge need to put in 100% effort on holding it up. Sometimes person A will be giving more, sometimes person B, but as long as over time it's a balanced and equal effort, that is a healthy and good relationship in life. If you are the only one putting in the effort in your friendships, it might be time to set down that burden and let it go. It's better for you in the long run. It's not selfish to take care of yourself first and foremost. You can not pour from an empty cup. We should consider ourselves very lucky to have been able to witness even a small part of Jimin's journey of loving himself. And it's life lessons we should all take to heart too.

I won't lie though, I was a little disappointed with the questions he was asked. Jimin's answers were introspective, thoughtful, wise and empathetic. Truly incredible and wonderful. But I do wish he would have been asked about his solo work, his music and his achievements. They brought up his rap in Daechwita, but didn't ask how he prepared for it, or for his Spanish rap verse in CNS. Jimin broke the SoundCloud record with Promise, but it wasn't mentioned at all. They didn't bring up Christmas Love or how he wrote it in just a couple days before releasing it and how hard he worked. They didn't mention the records he has broken with Filter, or brand reputations. I wish they would have asked more specific questions about his music, his dance and his achievements because I would have LOVED to hear about his thoughts on that and how it made him feel. I would love to know more about his inspirations on his craft. All the other members were asked about solo music and mixtapes or past work, but not Jimin. That was a little irritating, he was asked about OT7 English tracks with questions that were already asked in other interviews and got a little repetitive. Jimin did an amazing job answering them and giving it new life and giving us more thought out and colorful responses. He is amazing and so incredibly gifted with how he says things and what he shares.

Jimin is hailed as one of the best dancers in Kpop, even BEFORE they made it big and blew up worldwide. Olympic gold medalists and award winning dancers study his art and movements in dance to help with their own craft. His songs bust the charts and break records. His voice moves many many people. His endorsements always outsell, he has been top of the brand reputation for a year now. And he is still one of the most humble people in the world. I would love for him to be asked about about these achievements and get recognition for it and hear his thoughts over it all and the process behind everything one day. Fingers crossed we get that in a future interview!

The rest had the time of their lives when I saw jimin under that hat I went oop and then jinkook iconic fight (the only time jin can hit jk without retribution idk)

But hobi idk like hobi since dynamite era has decided to up his game.

I blame it on Jimin and Joon they're the ones with the I love giving heart attacks streak now their influence is spreading. Jungkook their pinnacle of focus then the rest of members. I hope Jin doesn't join in because I'd malfunction then like please someday for soft stans OK

hahaha i think it's a great source of pride for yoongi that the members put that work into performing his song and making it special.

also please don't get me started on this screen grab of yoongi watching hoseok perform i don't understand what kind of special power it holds but i'm sure it will come up in therapy.

ANYWAY:

the truth is that i think they've all changed since the dynamite era. they've made the shift from young men to just men (yes i see you jeon jungkook) and with that i think comes the part where they grow into their personas so to speak. i think they're all more comfortable with who and what they are.

From what I've seen in stan twt OT7s are usually the ones victimizing hobi and treating him as the least loved member in the group.

The hobi akgaes that I've seen mostly focus on giving more achievements for hobi (300M for CNS MV and 100M for Daydream in Spotify).

true...akgaes / solos be negative and start shit but at least they protect and care for hoseok properly😂

i support all the boys. and i support  everything that has hoseok in it even if he gets 8 seconds of rap because hes my bias. it's easy to see whrre solos are coming from. especially when ot7s attack them when a lot of ot7 dont even stream his songs / forget about him on the daily basis
