some people are suspecting we mayhaps will be able to change link’s hair separately from his outfits.

part of me sincerely doubts that, because we only see two outfits in the trailer, one that’s totally new, and the other that is just his champion’s tunic with his same default ponytail, so. the hairstyle is most likely just part of the outfit like it is in the initial game.

however.

i would absolutely lose my whole entire mind if we did get to change his hairstyle ourselves. do you even understand. how powerful it would be. to have link in his champion outfit, with his hair down, wearing the amber earrings??? or the other jewelry pieces from the gerudo shop??

he would be Peak androgynous. he would be peak pinnacle of gender envy. he would be. peak. gender neutral gremlin. and i would absolutely adore every single minute of it.
