Okay, so, what I am going to say entire depends on if Otho has some indiduality left or is a pure vessel for Pokey. I personnaly tend for the latter, but let's assume the former for the sake of this headcanon !

I think the relationship ship between him and Paul would be really interesting. More exactly, Otho's feeling towards him would be. They are both Pokotho's prophets : Paul for being the star of the show and Otho for actively doing the job of converting people (gifted ones at that) into the Hive.

But I have a feeling Otho would just utterly despise Paul. I mean, the guy kind of stole their Lord's affection despite actively defying him. Going as far as to blow up the hub for the hive (the meteor). So, really, they probably wouldn't be civil together.

Though, despite that, I also think Otho would defend Paul against any outsider from the Hive. After all, they are Hivemates, co-prophets. Brothers in a way.

So, it would be kind of a "He's an idiot, but my idiot and only I can call him such" situation .

I mean, it's pure speculation on my end. But I do like this potential dynamic between them 😊.
