I love your reaper!oCiel. Do you have any more headcanons about him or the other reapers? Asking for inspo. I've really wanted to write a fic about reaper!oCiel.

Oh boy, do I... I'm way, way too unmotivated to use any of this for a fic. I've used this sporadically over the course of so many Rps it's not even funny, and I have no idea what plot I'd commit to. But I've got headcanons for days.

Part 1/2

Reaper Our Ciel in my RP/interpretation: He goes by neither his dead/birth name or Ciel. He goes number 0012, (or "Double O, twelve") now as a tribute to his former gardener, who is now long deceased. He's racked up a lot of spiritual/divine debt for his 'sins' and the sins of his family, and devotes his entire being to his work now. He's very efficient and ruthless, and he specializes in (you guessed it) successfully taking souls targeted by demons because of the life he lived. He does not negotiate with humans or demons, and is as arrogant and cold-hearted as ever, for centuries... Until of course he runs into Sebastian again, and it turns his world upside down. There's still a desire for revenge in his heart but this time, it's against Sebastian. Outside of work he's hopelessly lazy and incompetent at taking care of himself. It's easy already-prepared meals, letting his hair grow-out long (mostly because he can't be bothered to get it cut), and still a chocolate addict. When he's angry or vengeful, he gets sharp teeth. Obviously, he lives a very long life and ends up much older but he has to use other means to get his body to age. (See Grelle). William: mmm. This could be tilted toward Grelliam but I don't really ship that with much enthusiasm anymore. But I have headcanons that despite his outer appearances, he has a lot of high anxiety and prefers to live his non-life like a machine, and Grelle, Phantomhive, and Ronald are some of the only reapers who can pull him out of that. Even though he hates it, it's actually good for him. I also headcanon that he and Phantomhive develop a very heavy mentor-and-pupil relationship, and Will uses the fact that he was 'raised by a demon and it shows' when he disappoints him or does something off-putting. Phantomhive doesn't let it show but it gets to him, a lot.

Grelle: Grelle would never say so but develops a (somewhat) soft-spot for Phantomhive over the many years because... she killed his aunt, and even though he tried to kill her in turn, and is still a 'brat!', she can not help but be curious about him, and marvel/gawk at his success. She's also jealous of his specific field of work, obviously. This headcanon is entirely indulgent, but Grelle takes estrogen eventually, and Phantomhive takes testosterone. Grelle to look more feminine, but Phantomhive? To try look like an adult and less like a kid, as he is older now. Sometimes they're shot buddies in the clinic, and Phantomhive ends up apologizing for calling her a loon and misunderstanding her gender dysphoria. It's entirely Grelle's inside joke but because of their history, she will someones refer to herself as Phantomhive's 'mummy' and William as 'daddy'... but both Phantomhive and William are disturbed by it, and find it incredible distasteful. Other less important headcanons include she has something of a shopping addiction and at one point ends up actually living at work and sleeping at her desk.

Let me Just say this. So Francis Milford is literally asking why OurCiel pretended to be his brother .I mean seriously take a look at this part in chapter 132.

She’s calling him the spare and a burden for the watchdog’s duty. Her of all people should know why he pretended to be r!ciel 😑.

He looks so sad I really wanna hug him 😭. He knows that he’s not fit to be an Earl and to him he’s just a spare and a burden. And he had to hear it from his aunt saying that. Not only did he suffer on his 10th birthday but he felt like a burden to his family too 😭.take a look at chapter 137 how he felt about himself.

Exactly what I meant he knows that everyone won’t be as happy if he was the one to return home he described how every one of his family will react if the r!Ciel doesn’t come home. He even said I’ll be better if he was the who died. That’s too much 😭😭. He’s so innocent and cute I love him soo much 😭🥺.

Some angsty Sebastian stuff while practicing how to draw tears in Ibis Paint

I kinda inspirated by that Kuro Red Valentine event ending, which literally showed how lonely Sebastian was after he ate OurCiel's soul, I decided to draw him in his demon form (I have a headcanon where seb has four different forms: Human/humanoid form, demon form, animal form, and eldritch form/true form).

I used the rain background and effect to make it more melancholic.

This is just a quick question...regarding the black butler manga..do you think that the confrontation between the Phantomhive twins would probably end quite badly? (I think so and I have a sad feeling that RealCiel doesn't love Elizabeth anymore since RealCiel is a bizzare doll and the elder twins goal is his younger twin brother)

This is the way I imagine it after the Phantomhive servants destroying the blood collection faculties...OurCiel confronting his older twin brother after destroying the blood collection faculties, the older twin brother all smug and "I'm still your older twin brother" attitude..despite that he lost all his food collection of blood against his younger twin..Elizabeth protecting her real future husband against her imposter husband..RealCiel catching his family off guard by shooting Elizabeth...I don't know about the rest but I highly imagine OurCiel screaming Elizabeth's name when his heart practically shatters in his chest upon seeing her getting shot. I honestly don't know what Yana toboso is planning but I feel that the confrontation is not going to end well in the Phantomhive manor.

How do you think that the confrontation between the Phantomhive twins is going to end...?

In all honesty, I haven’t watched the show(finished it) because I haven’t really gotten into it, but I do know some of it. And with your explanation it has really helped me think lol.

I have a feeling it will not end well. This other Ciel dude sounds like a really bad person(villain) in the show. I think the original Ciel will definitely find something to end his suffering.

I really could be wrong, and I apologize for a not so good answer to your question😖 but if you were talk about an anime that is on my list, I think you would gain a lot more from me👀

New chapter thoughts...

So it's pretty obvious Nick is meant to be a parallel of OurCiel, while Theodore is RealCiel. What does "F.O.L." Stand for, I wonder... In the US, it's a military term for "Forward Operating Location" but I don't know if that's it. Surely it doesn't stand for "f-ck our lives" but I wouldn't blame the orphans if they thought that it did. I get the feeling this is a soul harvesting site and less of a blood harvesting site, and that "fledgeling day" means they're essentially lambs ready for slaughter ... though it could be both blood and souls, I think the context clues and the differences between the other locations and this one, make it more obvious that the aim is to sort souls to keep specific dolls running... Namely R!Ciel, certainly. And, of course, the name 'Finnian' continues to hold big significance now not just to Doll, but Theodore as well. Ever is that book present. He tells Finny as he passes by, "You speak with a beautiful upper-class accent." Meaning, he knows their stories are fake. At least he knows Finny's is, for sure. Doll likely shared everything they know with Theodore already prior to Snake or Finny even arriving, and he knows exactly who they both are just by hearing their names. ...That's important. I can't help but wonder though, if at some point, before "fledgling day" if the eldest child becomes aware of what their true purpose is... if he's already this familiar with Doll and possibly what they have become. We got the confirmation that yes, Doll is a Bizarre Doll (but I think everyone saw that coming). -- Is it possible this place brainwashes these children to the point that they don't even care what's going to happen to them before this "Fledgling Day"...? Hmm. I have more questions. ... But this is really interesting...
