I did like 40 minute excercising i did like 250 sit ups and 100 squats and sum other stuff like leg raises a lot like only god knows how many
Anyways i have thought abt these alot and i think these are my best ways not to £@t/b1ng€ during the day
1. Keep yourself out of the kitchen
I am going downstairs where the kitchen is like once a day and bc i'm kinda lazy so it is easy but like anyways just keeping urself away from food
2. Saying no while ur touching food
I think it's important that in the moment ur taking the food in ur hand u have 2 choices, to put it in ur mouth and eating it or not so choose wisely
3. If u don't have food you can't eat
Exactly what it says, if you can't control urself around smth like candy (me) don't buy it if you wanna eat healthy food just buy only healthy food
4. Take urself away from food
U think this is the same as the first 1 but acc this means u should go on walks bc if u go on walk how are you gonna eat that food that is in ur fridge like imo that makes sense like it's not hard and also going on walks burns cvls
5. Don't do binging and then try to go on a fast right after
I think we all have had this phase like you rly wanna just not £@t for weeks after b1ng1ng but what u SHOULD do is to go to sleep wake up and go on the day and eat a tiny breakfast then eating dinner then go to sleep it is much better that u let urself eat maybe 600 cvls the next day after a b1ng£ and maybe try f@s+1ng a few days later
I can get how these might not work for u becuz everyone has a different mind and body but there are things to think abt and not b1ng1ng needs lots of self control so that is def where you need to start at you'll never lose weight if you don't have it anyways i hope you'll maybe try these things bc these rly (usually) work for me and remember that one bad day doesn't mean the process is over but acc the day after a bad day might be ur best or even last day that you can get back on track

my 2-week summer vacation started (the minimum length required) and i'm dreading the whole thing. people at work told me to rest and enjoy the free time and do what i want
like i totally get them since that is the point but the reason i keep avoiding having vacations is that i always fall into behaviour that can low key be considered self-destructive.
routines and busy schedule might actually be something that keeps someone sane and healthy, and i wish people could take that into account

My back hurts a lot rn i just did 200+ sit ups (4x50) i keep on wanting to do more but i feel like i'm gonna faint and my back hurts and idk i also did like 100+ squats or what and also leg raises i was too lazy to count but it was a lot i don't feel like i can stand up rn becuz i'm so lightheaded and i rly need to go to sleep rn it's like little over midnight and my school starts at 10am tomorrow and i need sleep to burn cvls but i just wanna lose more w8 and like idk🎀💕

I'm really starting to wish I was dead. Music normally helps relax me, and when that fails, I go to fashion or drawing.
But none of that is working, and my mind is slowly going towards cutting myself again. I already know how the rest of the day is going to go.
First, I'll stop eating, then I'll exercise for the rest of the day, which will go in for weeks with no idea when I'll start eating again only to gain back all the weight and start all over again.
