요즘같이 너무 바쁜 시간들을 관통할때, 혹은 누군가의 만남과 헤어짐후에 오는 나라는 사람에 대한 고민이 많았을때, 그때 이 영화를 보았던 것 같다.

제멋대로인 가라오케 여종업원(아오이 유우)와 자신은 인생을 올곧게 살아 왔고 문제가 없었지만 결국 이혼이라는 끝을 곁고 고향으로 내려온 남자(오다기리 죠)가 버여주는 극단적이거나 혹은 누군가와는 다른 모습을 보여주는 영화.

이 영화에서 가장 좋았던? 혹은 부러웠던건 시간을 채우려고 직업훈련소에 있는 주인공과 그 주변 사람들의 낮이었다.

그저 시간이 가기를 기다리고 급할것 없이 천천히 대화를 주고 받는 모습이 한없이 평화로워 보였다.

참 웃기지만 그 분위기가 다른 힐링영화보다 오며하게 느껴진거 보면 새삼 내자신이 그만큼 삶이 바빴음을 의미하는 듯 하다.

그녀는 새의 교미를 이야기하다가 갑자기 사람들이 많은 거리에서 그 모습을 몸으로 보여준다. 남자는 당황해 했고 그녀는 그런 자신을 이해해주지 못하는 그를 경멸하고 가버린다.

그녀는 그런 사람이다. 즉흥적이고 제멋대로이고 이상한 사람으로 보인다.

그런 그녀를 보는 그는 자신이 그저 흔한 소시민이자 남편이었고 그저 남들과 같이 살아 왔는데 왜 그런일이 생겨 이혼이라는 결말을 가지게 되었는지 알지못한다.

영화는 결말을 다다름에 따라 이야기하는 남자(오다기리죠)의 독백과 생각 그리고 그녀(아오이 유우)에게 다가가며 결국 자신과 그녀 모두 그런 세상 사람과의 다름이 크게 중요하지 않다는 것을 혹은 사람으로 인한 상처가 때론 별것이 아니었다는 것을 보여준다.

‘너를 보고 사람들은 말하지 이상하다고 말이야.

그치만 알고 보면 내가 더 이상한 사람이야. 나와 함께하는 사람을 이상하게 만들어 버렸으니까.’

이 생각을 떠올리는 그의 모습과 무언가 세상에 웃을거리라곤 없던 그의 일상에 어디로 튈지 모르는 그녀를 보고 어이없다는듯 웃는 그(오다기리죠)의 모습이 이영화를 접하는 당시의 내모습과 유사했다.

우울감은 전염되고 충동적인 것은 파멸을 이끌곤 한다.

하지만 그런 사람도 행복할수 있는거니까.

죽지 않고 슬프지 않고 행복해도 되는거니까.

시원하게 저멀리 그런 우울함을 날려버리곤

멋적게 웃는 그런 날이 왔으면 한다.

I woke up on Sunday Morning, reminiscing the dream I had in my sleep. It's been years since I last dream within my sleep and this one is quite a funny story.

So I was perturbed by Washing machine condition, as it would greatly shaken in the middle of washing cycle so I have to hold the edge down and put my weigh on it so it could calmed down. I was thinking of buying a new one, but the technology that I want cost me almost 3 times of my budget so I was researching some technician around to come see it and saving extra money from it.

In my dreams, I would be doing all daily tasks and things, but then the washing machine would be greatly shaken and I would try all my might to get to it as soon as I can, and the entire dream, just revolved around this scheme, yet it also has a song continuously playing amidst it all, and it was this song by Rad Museum , well I looked it up as soon as I wake up and find the right one on the first try (this is the best achievement to do to have a blissfull sunday on the entirety of it).

It was very random and funny to me lol
