The cruelest joke God has played on me is making me motion sick. Car rides, trains, boats, swing sets, video games. I am able to enjoy nothing because I will get horrifically sick. Anti nausea meds only partially work. Why was I made this way? Forced to lay in my little bed with my little blankets and mourn for slime rancher and stray, games I am unable to partake in.

had another fainting spell, but this time i was out cold for at least 3mins instead of just a few seconds bc i managed to sit down before losing consciousness, and no one in a train cabin of at least 20 people had the sense to lower my head so blood could reach it more easily

I finished your recommendation for into thin air...
Mount Everest might be an informational Hyperfixation of mine now. thanks.
(hell no to climbing it though jesus christ)
the exact same thing happened to me and now my house is absolutely filled with mountaineering books. that shit was a gateway drug.
I might be stupid though because at first I was like ah hell no to climbing it but now I'm like 🤔 what if I just went to Base Camp to check it out and get cool photographs? after all, why shouldn't I? why shouldn't I go to Everest Base Camp? it's not like I'll climb it. I'll just mind my business and leave.
but that's the devil talking.

The sickling could have been a consequence of death, but it was judged to have been the cause: it was thought to have occurred because of an oxygen deficit brought about by physical stress at the camp's thirty-seven-hundred-foot altitude.

We all know that exercise is essential for our physical health, but did you know that it can also have profound effects on our mental well-being?
