Elias Xitavhudzi, also known as Pangaman, was a South African serial killer who killed 16 people in Atteridgeville, South Africa, in the 1950s. In prison he quickly confessed to his crimes and was convicted of 16 murders. He was sentenced to death and hanged on November 14, 1960.
