Howdy!!! I love your art!

I have a quick question: When the bad batch kept a bear for a pet, where did it go to the bathroom??? Did they train it to use the toilet? It's a pretty small ship, and I can imagine the poop smelling horrid. (Especially for Hunter)

Unrelated, but I can see the bad batch having a pet raccoon after having a pet bear. After seeing your fanart and headcanon about the bear, in my mind I've decided that they have a pet raccoon. That seems like something they would do.

I never really thought about logistics of having a bear on a small vessel like Havoc Marauder. Also, let's face it - the ship's layout is not... consistent throughout TCW & TBB... so there could always be a cargo hold we're not aware of.

As for the second part of the ask - I think Clone Force 99 had many pets, big and small, thought out their career and space!racoon as well as a space!goose could be one of them. They always end up releasing the animals into the wild or finding them proper homes.

I think the main "can we keep it?" instigator is definitely Wrecker.

In Hyperspace stories #10 comics it was noted the big guy collects plushies (or at least tries to) - it could be a substitute of owning a real pet for him.

@teenagetyphoonfart asked me either a drawing of a particular relationship "(...) or like Crosshair making a sly comment about [Padme] and Anakin”.

At the and of the day I chose the latter not that I have something against the ship itself BUT I’ve already drew my take on how Crosshair learnt about Anidala -> here <- (it’s a comics I’ve made almost a year ago in reply to one @kalm5‘s post) so it would be a total waste not to develop this idea further!

It’s been a tough year and TBB really got me through it and motivated me to keep learning music so I’d love to play my violin exams in May dressed as Omega from your „recital” comic (with small modifications due to the dresscode and comfort) as a little tribute hahah would that be okay?

Thank you for the ask @theblackparadeprincess! and WOW! You play a violin?! That's such a hard instrument to learn! I always wanted to learn to play a musical instrument, but... let's say, it's better for me to stick to visual arts...

I understand what you mean - Star Wars is helping me go through all sorts of rough patches of life every since prequel trilogy came out! Not to mention I found connection with many great people who, like me, enjoy adventures of space!wizards in Galaxy far, far away!

And lastly - not only I have nothing against you taking inspiration from my works to create something of your own... I'll be honored if you did!

So when force users catch people who are falling, do you think they have to specifically concentrate on making sure that all the vital organs slow at the same rate as the rest of the body and remain in place or do you think the force just takes care of that?

Because that would be a real bummer, catching somebody who's falling and thinking you've saved their life, only for them to die of massive organ failure because their organs, as per Newton's Laws, kept accelerating and slammed into the abdominal walls?

Few weeks ago an anon asked me for some : "(...) wrecker tbb episode 7 angst”

Yes, I draw Omega’s clone trooper doll as Fives almost all the time - it’s a thing many of you noticed but with question mark at the end. Yes, your sight is fine. it’s intentional.

I’ve decided to screw the canon at that slight instance because first of all I hate how the creative team sidelined the trope and also how they watered down the possible emotional weight it could have had if handled properly.

I can easily see Omega painting the doll as Fives and even sewing the mini-Kama for him from cloth scraps lying around Cut and Suu’s homestead (Suu was definitely helping her!). I mean... come on! I’m sure Echo told her about his and Fives shenanigans at least few times! and she instantly connected with her fallen brother!

I just thought of a really good question for Mercy and his crew. Does Mercy know how to drive/pilot and who of your cast of characters is the best to worst at it?

Mercy is neither a great nor a terrible pilot. His average skill-level is especially visible in comparison to other Jedi, ESPECIALLY to Anakin... most pale in comparison to Anakin.

As for the best clone pilot in 347th?

It's definitely Clutch.

However he can't officially operate any vehicles due to his head/brain injury he sustained during his service as a pilot at 501st... which makes him a notorious, unbearable at times, backseat pilot. At 347th Clutch fills a role of a handyman/mechanic.

He misses flying.

Howdy! Could you draw Crosshair bottle feeding Wojtek the bear please?

Wojtek is a name of the OG bear that served in Polish army during WWII. Also Wojtek a diminutive of a name Wojciech which means happy/joyful warrior!

I though of just "translating" "happy warrior" to Mado'a and having that as a CF99's bear's name, however "happy" is very long word in that language, thus I decided to just name the bear Verd'ika - Verd meaning warrior and 'ika is a diminutive.

Thus getting small/little/tiny warrior which will get hilarious once the bear grows!

I've noticed a lot of Polish stuff in your posts (niech żyje kraj cebuli) but never with bear Wojtek. If normal troopers would work with dogs I believe Bad Batch would definitely fit as the group that adopts a bear cub. Wrecker would totally play tug-o-war with him

Dogs are very prevalent in pop-culture in regards to military than any other animals (and those animals still play a major role in such institutions), however I saw lots of photos of cats on ships/navy vessels, also I’ve read about how rats help sappers clear minefields [LINK] - so I guess it depends on a possible primary job of an animal within the military (secondary is, always, boosting morale).

I mentioned corporal Wojtek in one of my earlier posts [LINK], however it was in passing as he wasn’t a focus of the story, so I’m not surprised it went unnoticed.

I have in my plans to draw Wojtek-inspired artwork with either Hardcase (he is a madman - he would totally wrestle a BEAR), Rex or Anakin wrestling such a creature. However, I think Wrecker would not only wrestle with the space!bear every chance he got, he would be the only clone trooper close enough to actually win such a play-fight!

I can see CF99 adopting such an animal (surprisingly... Crosshair became it’s primary handler and yes, he was feeding the cub milk out of the booze bottle like Wojtek was) but upon seeing how fast and how big it was growing they decided they all won’t fit in such a small vessel like Havoc Marauder. They considered giving the creature away to a space!ZOO (Tech’s idea). They didn’t even had a chance to do so, as 501st, upon seeing such a magnificent creature (and trained to do certain tasks!) just took the space!bear - it’s theirs now.

No take backs.

You can visit it, though!

After the all that time after transfer, the creature would still recognize TBB. It’s the most happy seeing them and they love their space!bear as well so they try to visit it as much as possible.
