"You are wearing a coat. Why?"
Poor motherless Charles, he's off to Oxford and his dad's totally disinterested. One can understand his yearning to belong and why he was so drawn to the Flytes and their colourful intensity.
MattheW Goode nails hurt and disappointment.
Can I also gush about Matthew's hand and thumb? He has the most beautiful hands. Michaelangelo would approve.

The Long Kiss Goodnight (1996)
This is a Movie Health Community evaluation. It is intended to inform people of potential health hazards in movies and does not reflect the quality of the film itself. The information presented here has not been reviewed by any medical professionals.
The Long Kiss Goodnight has a piece of clothing with blinking lights, close-ups of flickering flames, and rapidly-changing imagery all immediately following a car accident. Soon after, there is a dream sequence with harsh lightning strobes, which occur again throughout a flashback sequence in the middle of a torture scene. A late scene involves bright muzzle flashes from machine guns in dark environments, creating severe strobe effects. Emergency vehicle strobe lights are shown at night in one scene.
A few scenes take place in moving vehicles. There are multiple scenes of peril at extreme heights.
Flashing Lights: 9/10. Motion Sickness: 2/10.
TRIGGER WARNING: A nervous man randomly vomits on-screen early in the film, about 8 minutes in. A child is kidnapped in a church.

📽️ Sahara (2005)
This reminded me a lot of Fool’s Gold, which also stars Matthew McConaughey. It’s funny, but it doesn’t focus on the comedy. It’s more of an adventure movie than a comedy. Steve Zahn, as he usually does, plays the bumbling sidekick, providing most of the comedy. Honestly, if I see Steve Zahn in the cast list, I’m much more likely to watch the movie; I just think he’s a funny guy. Obviously, this movie isn’t up there with the likes of National Treasure or James Bond, but it’s definitely enjoyable.
Sex/nudity: 1/10 (some hugging and kissing)
Language: 2/10 (there is some, but it’s mostly mild profanities)
Violence: 5/10 (fighting, shooting, strangling, blood and lesions shown, dead bodies shown, explosions)
Overall rating: 7/10

Ordinary Decent Criminal
Ordinary Decent Criminal [trailer]
Brilliant, flamboyant master criminal Michael Lynch is more interested in his image and his posterity than the actual profit from his ill-gotten gains.
Entertaining, but at times it feels just too farcical. It's hard to believe anything took place of that kind, though it's apparently at least losely based on the life of notorious gangster Martin Cahill.
From the time when they spelled Colin Farrell's last name n the end credits with just one "l". And Christoph Waltz did almost nothing but German TV movies, and no one was expecting him to win not just one but two Oscars just a few years later.
