My courier 6
Felix Arlo
1st lieutenant, 115th infantry, NCR
Born in a small town outside of New Reno, Felix was the son of a prominent merchant. At age 11 his family moved to a growing settlement in a prewar town called Ashton. At age 15 he helped out with the new Hopeville branch of the Mojave Express, delivering parcels between The Divide and Primm. At age 20 however, he got bored and decided to move back home, joining the New California Republic. He served in the first battle of the dam, and was promoted to 1st lieutenant.
This would lead to the young Lieutenant to meet General Oliver and President Kimball, who would assign him a special operation. He was tasked with delivering a briefcase supposedly carrying codes to the autodoc systems in the Hopeville and Ashton military bases. However, that wasn’t what happened.
He barely made it out of the Divide, coming out near the town of Primm. So he did what he used to do, he picked up jobs as a courier. Delivering a few packages to Nipton and Sloan, though eventually…
Well, you know what happened

"patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter."
Boone, Rex, and Six tackling the Mojave and getting into fights with the Legion to help out the NCR a bit.
(yes I gave him Benny's haircut in-game, this was pre-refrence,,, let's just say he eventually starts styling it like that-)

the New California Republic is kinda right. i also sometimes wish for a nuclear winter in a 30°c summer
but then i remember we also get -25°c winters and that's less than ideal as a temperature all year round
