Re-redesigned the princesses!!

Staring off with Princess Peach! Since she’s the first princess introduced I decided to give her a more regal look, her dress is kind of inspired by Padparadcha from Steven universe, (funnily enough Paddy’s design is inspired by Peach herself lol)Also since she’s the princess of the MUSHROOM kingdom I gave her more mushroom inspired looks, from her crown to her polka-dotted dress. I also gave her more gentle shades of pink, and gave her braids

Next is Princess Daisy! since she’s more hyperactive and Tomboyish, I tied up her hair in a ponytail, and I put her in a more prince like outfit while keeping the Princess element with the puffy sleeves, and gave her a cape I also added more green into her design to complement the orange! I also gave her a prince crown, and I added a daisy on her belt shoes, and earrings. Also since her skin used to be dark, I gave her back her color.

Finally we get to Princess Rosalina, I know the chances of her being an alien are slim but she’s been in space her whole life, and your telling me she looks almost exactly like Daisy and Peach? Not on my watch, Plus someone else redesigned her as an alien and I wanted to do the same. I gave her light minty colored skin, pale blue hair and pure green eyes, I also gave her extra arms and three fingers per hand, she is a being made of pure stardust. I like to think eating starbits affected her body and made her some sort of alien (maybe she was once human but only she and the luma’s know. I also fixed her wand!

We got to see some yoshis! (and white quite a lot of kongs/monkeys)

Speaking of.. There's been a lot of talk about how some of the character design looks... Off. I feel the same way about donkey Kong and Pauline (from the leaked poster)

Donkey kongs face around the eyes looks wrong.. Kinda reminds me of the hotel transylvania animation style. I know they said they changed his design to make it more comical but.... Donkey Kong already was that!! Same with Pauline's face, it doesn't look like.. Her. If it wasn't for the outfit I wouldn't have thought it to be her tbh...but enough shitting on it.

I very much enjoyed the visuals again! They look so stunning, especially when we got to see all the different worlds and shit. Anyway moving on.

I love! The design choices and the details of peach crown and her out first so far. Amazing!

Fucking hell I love this, I love this so much. Toad being so small in such a giant monster truck is just hilarious to me.

I think peach's speech about so many galaxies being out there is a great way to explain and put the different mario worlds from the games into a movie setting. Speaking of peach she is such a bad ass in this trailer! I love that! So much!

I am not sure if I like the take of mario being a goofy character that tries but fails hilariously. Like in the donkey Kong scene and the one where he falls of a donut/gets hit by the fire rod, but then again it could be a fun way to explore his character and comeuppance as the super mario.

Mario headcanons 1

When someone tries to intimidate Luigi, Mario protects his brother (He almost kills the person).

Even though Mario and Pauline have broken up, the two still have a crush on each other.

Mario and Bowser Jr are great secret friends, at the end of Bowser's fury, Junior sends a letter to the plumber with his drawings, Mario almost cried with the drawings.

When Mario is kidnapped by Bowser, the whole gang goes after the big guy and almost kills Koopa.

In Luigi's mansion. King Boo keeps annoying the Mario, because he manages to stop gossiping or irritating the plumber!
