Rouge Rogue?
The way this detail on Rouge's threads looks...

...I swear, at any moment, holes will open on those spots and her chest will spray bullets.
How else will she beat her one, unexpected, woolly pectoral development competition?

Quickly Build Bigger Pecs With These 5 Chest Exercises

The Fastest Ways to Build a Strong Chest

Getting a buff chest is a goal for many guys. But it can be tough to know where to start with chest exercises. This guide will walk you through some simple moves to target your upper, middle, and lower pecs (chest muscles) for faster results.

Warm Up With Dips

Before hitting your big lifts, loosen up the chest with dips. Sit on a bench with your hands gripping the edge. Keep your elbows tucked in and lean your body forward slightly as you lower down. Raise back up by straightening your arms. Focus on going just low enough that it gets the blood flowing without straining anything.

Press for Power With Bench Presses

The bench press is an all-star exercise to build your whole chest. Try different hand placements to target different areas. Press with your Pinkies close to your shoulders to hit the middle chest more. Press with hands shoulder-width apart to work your entire pecs. Go a bit wider to emphasize the outer chest. You can also do incline presses on a tilted bench to target the upper pecs or declines for the lower.

Mix It Up With Dumbbells

Switch to dumbbell presses to challenge your chest from different angles. Follow the same hand positioning tips as the barbell bench. But you'll have to use more stabilization muscles to control each dumbbell independently. They're also great for mixing in on your non-barbell days.

Stretch With Flyes

Finish with some flyes to stretch out the chest. Lie back and slowly raise a pair of dumbbells up and out until your arms are parallel to the floor. Squeeze at the top for an extra burn. You can do flat, incline or decline flyes. And try doing them on a pec deck machine for an even deeper stretch.

Maintain good form for all these moves by keeping your core engaged, back flat on the bench, and chin up. Be sure to rest between sets and progressively increase weight as your chest adapts and gets stronger. Stick with this full-body chest blitz and you'll be filling out shirts in no time.

how bad is the pain right after surgery? im hoping to schedule my reduction next year. im a 32K and want them gone SO BAD but im a baby lol
there is DEFINITELY PAIN, but it's not the worst pain I've ever felt. I think I clocked it at a 7 when I woke up from surgery- my nurse asked me to rate it to get a ballpark of how heavily to douse me in pain meds before I left lmao. I felt so exhausted from the surgery that I slept an absolute ton, also, so a lot of that day-of pain is being blotted out while you're unconscious! hooray! they give you pain meds immediately, and keeping on top of the doses (not letting the meds Wear Off inbetween) keeps it to a dull roar. On day 3 rn and the pain is already muchh more manageable! That's how it's been for me, anyway. It could be diff for you, I know some people feel basically numb, or others are more sensitive to pain, whatevs. but it's not Too Bad.
