Pinkie Redesign 🎈 2 of 7! Also a new peek at a big finale piece 👀

Pegasi are the smallest of pony types. Frequently lighter in color. Most pegasi get their mane trimmed short near the back of their necks for wing movement.

Pinkie Pie is half pegasus. She is the oldest of her earth sisters and has 2 earth parents....Being a kids show, they wouldn't go any further into that but she has a different father than her sisters(a pegasus dude mom met before earth dad). Pinkie doesn't know but will find out later in life. Her family loves her no matter what though. Almost always flying. Like a little bumblebee. Hovering around the ponies eyeline she's talking to. It's almost like she can teleport 🤔. Is she faster than Rainbow? Who knows? Pinkie doesn't care about racing, just parties & fun stuff. Rainbow is a distance flyer and has endurance, so RD is probably the best still.

I know I'm not a great designer or writer, but this is just for fun!

Literally my ONLY critique of the third episode is that Percy didn’t notice the horses voice in his head and go “wtf.” Hopefully when he meets the zebra later on he mentions it and is like “yeah I could hear some of the pegasi at camp, too. Kinda weird, right?” Because actually it’s so canon that when Percy finds out he has a power, he doesn’t broadcast it. Instead, he’s just like “oh. Cool. Interesting.” and goes on with his life. Like, the other characters only find out about his powers if they see him use them, or they bring it up to him, or they hear about it from someone else.

PJO Characters at Pride

Credit to @automaticcatsandwich whom I made this with. I have not finished the books so I apologise for any inaccuracies. This ran away on me I'm so sorry

All the campers go to DC Pride together

The Hephaestus kids make the coolest floats you've ever seen

The floats are pulled by pegasi so they literally float

Nobody can figure out how those ponies are flying but hey man, stranger things have happened

Satyrs playing queer anthems on their reed pipes and campers take turns doing karaoke

The Seven are throwing handfuls of glitter and the occasional drachma into the crowds from the top of the float

They're screaming along to Whitney Houston's I Wanna Dance With Somebody and the crowd is loving it

The Hunters of Artemis representing those on the asexual spectrum

The Aphrodite cabin celebrating all different kinds of love

Kids of Apollo (led by Chiron and Apollo himself) shoot arrows into the sky that explode into showers of rainbow powder in the colors of different flags

Leo is loving the attention his drag act is getting and he's pleased the arrows worked because he spent forever getting them just right

Appearances from other Riordanverse characters, like Magnus and Alex (I haven't read Magnus Chase yet so I don't have any hcs but if you have some add them please)

Hestia making sure everyone is included and loved

Percy, pissed off, holding a sign saying "Even Hera supports gay marriage* "

Piper representing all the unlabeled queers

Kids of Athena arguing with homophobes and throwing misconstrued Bible quotes back in their faces with relish

They all have fully thought-out arguments because they read the Bible in the original Greek and "JESUS NEVER SAID THAT!!"

"MOM KNEW JESUS AND SHE SAID HE WAS AN ALLY"

Rachel out there helping and doing art commissions

Rachel taking artful shots of queer couples kissing on her polaroid camera to gift them saying, "You're beautiful"

Raising Patroclus and Achilles to show them that their kind of love is accepted now

*as long as it's healthy, of course

The December Coup

December 1, 1989

The December Coup was the biggest coup to ever hit the Republic of the Philippines. Around 3,000 elite Philippine Marines, Scout Rangers, and other Armed Forces personnel took part in the coup that attempted to overthrow the administration at the time. In the initial day of the coup, rebel forces not only managed to secure armor and groudn attack aircraft, but also captured important military facilities. The National Capital Region and many of the surrounding areas thus became a battlefield for several days, as loyalist soldiers held their ground against the rebelious troops. In the end, government forces won, but not after heavy casualties and losses in equipment.

I felt the pose for the base design was boring(she just standing there XD) all of them are like that, SO the final image will be more exciting 🎊.

Rainbow dash is a purebred pegasus. Cocky as ever. Brags about being the best racer ever, and she's right. Her win to loose ratio is 89-3, best recorded yet. Every race, she keeps track of those numbers. She's the element of honesty(swapped with AJ), and she can be... brutal.

I know I'm not a great designer or writer, but this is just for fun!

PONY DOKI!!

Finally able to share this one after days of losing motivation to finish it cuz I'm not used to drawing on PC! I always had an mlp au for the doki's for years now but never really got to draw them so here we are with Yuri! And I got lazy with the cutie marks skakaka not doing those

I have my own headcanons for mlp/fantasy horses in general and a some lore for the doki's in mlp universe so if you're interested in that 👇🏽

I headcanon that pegasi are a little smaller and have small "prey" bird wings (small birds like swallows, parrots, doves, etc.) and it's very rare for one to be born with big "raptor" wings (eagles, hawks) as those are usually reserved for the alicorns. The raptor winged are very strong flyers and generate very strong winds when they fly that they have to learn to control at a young age.

Yuri is a raptor winged. As a filly she was carefully taught and trained to control the air her wings generate. So careful in fact that she's known to be one of the most elegant flyers of clouds dale. Unlike Fluttershy, Yuri actually uses her wings a lot, mostly for flying high to reach bookshelves in libraries. Many ponies would quietly praise her for not stirring up the books everytime, and that her wings would actually dust off the books occasionally so she's a very welcome pony in the library.

She's also pretty tall for a pegasus, close to a unicorn build, because of that, even while walking, she's considered a very elegant mare.
