PensTV -- including faves Jennifer Bullano Ridgley and Dan Potash -- has again won Emmys during the 2023 Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy Awards, held Oct. 14 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

The wins came for "In the Room: Feeling It," the ITR episode that includes Geno's 1,000th game in November 2022.

The Pittsburgh Penguins video staff won Emmy Awards in two categories at the 2023 Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmy Awards in Lancaster, PA on Saturday, October 14.

From the PensTV staff, Andrew McIntyre was part of two awards and Jon Otte, Leo McCafferty, Giuseppe Esposito, Sydney Bauer, Reilly Zimmerman, Ryan Mill, Jennifer Bullano Ridgley, Evan Schall and Emma Kilmer each took home one award.

Dan Potash and Fred Rihn of SportsNet Pittsburgh, formerly AT&T SportsNet, also each won an award for Talent – Sports and Writer, respectively.

Wait wait how does Sam ruin the adoption news?!

The PensTV segment cuts off there, but about a couple months later, there’s another segment where Sidney is rocking a teeny tiny baby and kissing their rosy pink cheeks. Sidney looks so in love and Geno looks like his entire world is right in front of him.

“Geno bought all these stuffed animals,” Sidney says, trying to sound exasperated. “We went out to get some bottles and blankets, and he comes around the corner of the store with this massive teddy bear--”

“Baby will love,” Geno insists. 

“It’s about thirty times his size,” Sidney says.

Geno wraps his arms around Sidney then, circling him protectively, as though as to appease his husband. “It’s okay, promise he love it.”
