dear LORD i am having A Week.

#currently acting as sort-of-unofficial Assistant Manager at my job #which is already stressful cause i'm this tiny 18 year old fresh-out-of-highschool “girl” trying to get people 2-4 years older than me #to listen!!!! #but ALSO we've had to move lodging 4 times in the past two weeks #and then my co-assistant manager had to quit so now i'm the only one in charge (besides my boss who's super chill but also so overworked) #AND THEN. two more people on my team also have to quit #(the job is. really stressful to be fair. and we all get paid maybe 2.50 an hour which SUCKS. #) #so anyways. i'm not having a great time tbh #but i told myself i'd stick with it and honestly the work i'm doing helps people which is all i really wanted to do #so. holding out till the end of my term. #obligatory “my thoughts and opinions are not representative of this unnamed program” because anyone who's worked with them will know #who I'm talking about. and i didn't sit through 2 hours of PR training for nothing #GOD we're down to $213 to feed 5 people in a FOOD DESERT #per week #aghhhh #also worth noting the 3 ppl who left are the ONLY 3 people on my team (besides my boss) who actually listened to me but IT'S FINE. #EVERYTHING'S FINE.
