Do u have fragrance recommendations?? I feel like being told you smell good is the best compliment ever😭
Omg yes I do!! So right now my go to is Gucci Guilty. It’s a little pricy but my mans got it for me as a gift and it smells sooooo good- very warm scent but not like overly bakery sweet
I also like Good Girl by Carolina Herrara (and not just because it comes in the cute high heel bottle lol) it genuinely smells so good.
And Dolce by Dolce & Gabbana is a nice floral that I like to wear too!

Yesterday i bought these perfume dupes from this brand that literally just makes perfumes ""inspired by"" designer fragrances and like i got 100ml of fake lost cherry and 100ml of fake baccarat rouge 540 for $35 each instead of like $500 each. and i wore the baccarat today and this customer was like omg is that perfume you ... its beautiful it smells so expensive i was wondering what it was before youcame over here. So win for being cheap and beautiful

Discontinued Fragrances: Pleine Lune by Ulric de Varens (1995)
From the same house that made the celebrated and popular chypre Varensia (1994), Pleine Lune remains very obscure, there isn’t even a listing on Fragrantica.
LaParfumerie tells me the top notes are pineapple and orange blossom, middle notes are amaryllis, jasmine, and almond, and base notes are honey, caramel, vanilla, and chocolate.
Came across a partial bottle for very cheap and I’m so glad I did. “Full Moon” is a soft vanilla floriental. My first impression was that it smelled like a 50/50 blend of an ultra sweet, Angel-esque gourmand of today and a big ‘old lady’ oriental of yesteryear. One foot in the past, one foot in the future. I’ve fallen hard.
I tested it before reading the notes, and didn’t work out that the fruit in the opening was pineapple. The pineapple here isn’t tropical or summery like you’d expect, it’s the warmth and sour-sweetness of a pineapple upside down cake. Behind it, there’s a powdery old school floral, vague and mysterious but big and loud, with a whisper of bitter almond, all working in conjunction with a backdrop of ooey melted caramel. And it sticks around, the scent itself is fairly linear, there isn’t much of a journey, but I wouldn’t want there to be. It’s perfect. I want to eat it, I want to sleep in it.
I love the astronomical, world-by-night packaging. Pictures don’t do it justice, but the bottle is lovely: frosted glass textured like a topographical globe, front and back. I wouldn’t call it a nighttime fragrance exclusively, but I’d happily wear this to bed every night, it’s that soft and comforting.
Great staying power, I’m thankful, and projection here means nothing to me, as long as I can smell it on myself, I’m happy. This is the first discontinued fragrance I’ve fallen completely head over heels for and I’ll be searching like a hawk for backups since it’s so obscure.

I’ve been starting to slowly explore Arabic perfumes thanks to being tiktok influenced.
I just got Fakhar Rose from Lattafa, and on me it smells kinda like how I remember that fruit stripe gum w zebra on it smelling but softer and creamier. It feels so fun. I think I’m gonna add it to like my little rotation of summer scents.

i got a new rollerball btw to scratch the "i can't afford diptyque" itch from a few days ago but it smells like rose and cinnamon and cloves and its such a nice combo... i used to have a similar scent that was my Fav Of All Time and i wore it until i ran out completely, but it's been discontinued so this new one matching it even slightly.... oh i'm LIVINGGGGGGG

I ordered a fragrance oil that was advertised as smelling like gummy bears and it absolutely does not. It smells like artificial grapefruit and generic perfume scent, the latter of which gives me terrible headaches. I'm so disappointed :( curse my sensitive nose
