Jump Attack training programme - Upper body isometric holds This part of the training is focused on maintaining strength in your muscle contraction over a period of time Holds include: Push up Pull up (the one I least enjoy) Shoulder press (not shown) Bicep curls (not fun) Tricep push-up (1 second feels like 10 seconds) Frog plank Side plank Importantly this programme schedules in rest, which, if you're giving your all with every exercise, is seriously needed to recover Week 1 each hold was for 30 seconds Week 2 (which I'm on now) each hold lasts 60 seconds...
