Really praying that Amy makes a debut in either the Knuckles show or Sonic Movie 3.

As much as the writers have stated that they like Rouge more, I find that very insulting towards Amy Rose as a character.

Amy is one of the original four. She's been in the franchise since the classic era. Having her just not in the movie verse feels wrong.

Plus, out of all the female characters they thought would be great to debut first they chose Rouge? Really?!

Look, I get it, SM3 is going to tell Shadow's story, and Rouge plays a pretty significant role in SA2...

But Amy is more perfect to debut! A pink, sweet, female character you can market to girls and carries a Thor hammer? Yes please! 👍

It's hard to believe this was written by the same person who writes the Murderbot series.

I've listened to almost two hours, and there hasn't been a single joke. There hasn't even been a vaguely humorous line. And where is the crystal clean worldbuilding? Pretty much all that differentiates this from every other magic- and politics-heavy fantasy novel is that the action sequences are more compelling and the characters feel kind of like real people. Oh, and the narrator is not an abused orphan.

Clearly if even Martha Wells can't make me like this genre, nobody can. I'm officially giving up on it.
