realized my wife didn’t shut our door all the way when they left for work so then i spent 40m panic searching for their cat both inside and outside. luckily my wife came home and found him in the backyard with another cat (he’s fixed so it’s fine). he was hiding from me bc he was fucking. i’m so angry.

How My Pet Pigeon Helps with My Psychosis.
Because I see a lot about dogs and some about cats but never about birds. Note: I think, has someone who has owned parrots, that pigeons are better suited for this, but any pet that helps applies.
They "contact call" while falling asleep which is an easier noise to fall asleep to than videos or music.
They "danger call" at things they notice that seems off in the situation, so if they don't do that then I can reasonably assume I'm hallucinating.
They are very loving and tend to form tighter bonds with humans than cats or dogs do (in my experience) which makes it harder for me to want to isolate from them (also they're cute so thats a plus)
You can buy harnesses and diapers for them and bring them almost every where with you (lots of people on instagram do this)
They provide good deep pressure therapy on shoulders and chests or legs.
They don't scream or yell loudly, and their coo's can be soothing if you find them that way/know what they mean.
Girl pigeons are more docile, and boys are more ready to take charge so there is a gender for whatever you're needs are.

"Let's Talk Pet Travel."
Hey Paw Parents,
As a lover of my planet, & a part-time wanderer. I love a good old journey through what I call my palace earth.
So how do I travel with my 3 furbabies, through our palace?
I'll tell ya in this blog entry.
Flights: It's easy to travel with smaller dogs. Unless you buy your larger fur baby a seat. Honestly, I've never paid for a flight for my pups. It's easy to conceal them in a pet traveler bag, & have them placed on your lap. If you have a partner, & more than 1 dog it's easier. Smaller dogs get away with everything it seems. So far so good.
Road Trips: Road trips are super pet-friendly & stimulating for your pup. I Highly recommend paw parents who love a simple road trip to include this traveling method with your pup. It's fun, and you can make it feel like an endless vacation. ** I highly suggest having a pet seat cover cause you never know what surprises your furbaby may leave you.
Well, stay tuned for pt:2 of Let's Talk Pet Travel.
