Behold, I was shapen in wickedness: and in sin hath my mother conceived me.
But lo, Thou requirest truth in the inward parts: and shalt make me to understand wisdom secretly.
Thou shalt purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: Thou shalt wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
Thou shalt make me hear of joy and gladness: that the bones which Thou hast broken may rejoice.
Turn Thy face from my sins: and put out all my misdeeds.

Agatha Christie's 'Dead Man's Folly'
In 1954 Agatha Christie wrote a novella which was intended to raise money for her local church. Upon completion she was so taken with the story that she decided to develop it into a full novel, and submitted a different story to the fundraising effort. The work she had originally written was called Hercule Poirot and the Greenshore Folly, and this work was expanded and eventually published in…

Meet Miss Earth - Alias Graham Hill, the Grand Prix race driver
The straits times, 4th December 1966
There was a roar of applause from the 400 guests at London's exclusive park lane hotel as the first contestants in the latest beauty contest - Miss Earth 1966 - entered the hallroom.
Swaying rhythmically to the background music, and dressed in a swim suit that left little to the imagination, the face of Grand Prix racing driver Peter Arundel went almost unrecognised under a mass of flowing hair.
It was all part of a fund-raising takeoff of the rash of beauty contests that have become so much a part of the London scene.
With all profits going to charity, contestants include ex-world champion Graham Hill, racing drivers Nick Brittan, Harry Stiller, Peter Gethin, ex-driver Les Leston and West Essex Car Club offical, John Trimble.
All were in fetching swimsuits and long wigs to carry the charade further, and the contestants started with them parading around the ballroom to jeers, cheers, shouts and hoots of the audience.
Next they paraded in line for the judges - rally driver Rosemary Smith, Nick Brittan's wife, Jenny, and West Essex Club Secretary's wife, Barbara Greenway.
The judge's work was made more difficult as the contestants began to douse one another with soda siphones. But eventually, Graham Hill was declared the winner and crowned Miss Earth by Rosemary Smith. He then posed triumphantly on the table booked for the honourable Gerald Lascelles, Royal racing fan.

Are there, by chance, voice files of the female deputy actually speaking, or a name of the voice actor who recorded the sound effects?
The female Deputy never speaks, but it sounds to me like she has the same voice actor as one of the cultists. You can find a transcript of most of her lines in this document if you search for “CULT_FOLLOWER_FEMALE_05”. One of the Angels might be played by the same person too.
I know Randy Yuen did motion capture for the Deputy in general, and maybe the male Deputy has his voice, but there is no information about who played “CULT_FOLLOWER_FEMALE_05” and the female Deputy…
The actor’s name must be in the credits, however, so probably one of these people:
VOICE TALENT
Doug Abrahams
Marty Adams
Claire Armstrong
Ted Atherton
Kailea Banka
Carolina Bartczak
Lawrence Bayne
Bruce Blain
Jesse Bond
Sarah Booth
Marc-André Boulanger
Wyatt Bowen
Paul Braunstein
Kimberly D. Brooks
Jason Bryden
Nicki Burke
Mark Camacho
Braeden Clarke
Lucinda Davis

Julianne Jain
Mara Junot
Helen King
Jameson Kraemer
Gabe Kunda
Tristan D. Lalla
Erica Lindbeck
Erin Mathews
James Mathis III
Jon McLaren
Scott McNeil
Cynthia Kaye McWilliams
Chimwemwe Miller
Julie Nathanson
Mayko Nguyen

Murry Peeters
Simon Lee Phillips
Geoffrey Pounsett
Claire Rankin
David Richmond-Peck

Charlotte Rogers
Paula Shaw
Jesse Sherman
Ivan Sherry
Howard Siegel
Jonathan Silver
Dylan Taylor
Jeff Teravainen
Brett Watson
Jane Wheeler
Dan White

And there is a little more information about who played who on IMDb.
This is all I know for the moment... but I hope it helps :)

Michael Gambon
1940-2023
Michael Gambon’s performance in Peter Greenaway’s 1989 film The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover came after a long and distinguished career on the British stage, and before his portrayal of Dumbledore, Hogwarts beloved Headmaster in the Harry Potter franchise cemented his place in pop-culture cinema and it is one of the most unforgettably perverse breakthrough roles I can remember.
Greenway’s story of a gangster taking over a posh French restaurant so he could commit any number of acts of violence, lewdness and gluttony and eventually all the while spewing forth a continuous oratory on the relationship of food to sex (“Georgie’s my pleasure too though in a more private kind of way than stuffing the mouth and feeding the sewers, though the pleasures are related because the naughty bits and the dirty bits are so close together…..”) took the “sub” out of subtext and gave Gambon a great opportunity for scenery (and sometimes actor) chewing that he grabbed between his choppers with a relish that rivaled Dennis Hopper in Blue Velvet. It’s not even his greatest performance (that would be the title role in Dennis Potter’s 1986 TV miniseries The Singing Detective) but it opened up a new career as an exemplary character actor in such films as Iain Softley’s The Wings of the Dove (1997), Tim Burton’s Sleepy Hollow (1999) a tobacco company CEO in Michael Mann’s The Insider (1999) a loathsome baronet turned murder victim in Robert Altman’s 2001 Gosford Park and a CIA liability in Robert De Niro’s underrated The Good Shepherd (2006).
He was one of the greats and he will be missed. RIP.

The Fall - Greenway
"The music for this is taken from a song called "Gameboy" by Greek heavy metal band Anorimoi. Greenway, of course, is Peter Greenway, the Fall's guitarist, who says the song is not about him as he really is, but as MES would like to imagine him, as some kind of badass. The song doesn't, on the face of it, seem to be about Greenway at all; his name scans the same as "Gameboy," but the rest of it seems to be about the narrator (MES?) being grumpy about other bands, a familiar enough theme. Live versions seem to indicate the band in question is These New Puritans, who are named after a Fall song, which fact alone is probably enough to attract Smith's bleary raptor gaze." (from The Annotated Fall website)
Priceless writing credits: Smith/Greek bloke
