True story, when I was eating all that salty ass sugary shit my taste buds were all out of whack. I truly thought vegetables had no taste and fruit was somehow not sweet enough. I had to redirect my taste buds to adapt to a better way of eating. I mean I think about some of the unhealthy patterns I’ve overcome and can pat myself on the back. That salt and sugar had my MF’n ass feenin’. Lol! We gotta break free and get a hold of nature’s gifts to us. Now how is it that nature is out here providing all these good fruits 🍍🥑🍓🍇🍉🍌🍎🍋🥥 and veggies for us and we’re not taking the blessings it is giving? Damn, that’s fucked up!
