Phic Phight Deadline Is Now May 5th!!!

Hey Phic Phighters! Because of the tumbl-eating-our-messages-with-important-links debacle, a few Phic Phighters didn't get the prompts until April was well underway. Because of this, we have decided to extend the deadline for phics to May 5th 11:59pm PST! This means that there is approximately ONE WEEK until the end of Phic Phight!

This doesn't have to change your writing plans, especially if you plan on creating for Dannymay; but we thought it would be more fair to give everyone the opportunity to write more for Phic Phight, especially if they received the prompts late!

Thank you for everything you've done for this Phight! May the Fifth be with you!

Do we have to claim a prompt first? Or are all of them free game and we just fill out the link survey and tag you guys in the finished story once it's posted?

Hello! All the prompts are free game, and they can be completed any number of times by anyone! The linked survey is for counting comments on phic phight fics, not for submitting fics to the phight. All you have to do is share the phic in the Discord server in the #phight-fanfic-share channel (and @ your team leader there), or @ your team leader if you’re sharing the phic on tumblr (@currentlylurking for Team Human or @ecto-american for Team Ghost), or both!

Can we combine prompts for phic phight? ie 1 prompt from each team or 2 prompts for the same team? How does that affect point count?

You can write multiple prompts for the same phic! As long as one of those prompts are from a team different from your own, you will receive full points for the phic! If all prompts are from your team, you will receive half points for the phic. I hope this answers your question! Have fun!
