Story prompt - The first Pokémon master

What if Ash got sent to Hisui instead of dawn or luaus (probably dawn because she appears in the anime,) can you imagine a world filled with dangerous creatures that are powerful enough to take out an army themselves…

Then one 10 year old child appears out of nowhere and just talks to the monsters like a PECKING Disney princess!

I haven’t seen the end of journeys (yet) but it’s not hard to picture Ash meeting god again and getting sent back to ancient sinnoh with pikachu.

I can imagine professor Laventon and the rival trying to ‘help’ Ash and it playing out like the baby rhino pen meme

“Even the weakest Pokémon are incredibly dangerous so we built these pokéballs so there’s no possible-” insert Ash walking up with 5 of each Pokémon he was supposed to catch, not even using pokéballs, “oh My SINNOH!”

Besides the jokes it could also be interesting to compare both pikachu’s strength compared to the ‘savage’ Pokémon (and show how strong he is) and the physical difference between the humans in hisui and the human from ash’s time, since they do technically work differently. The humans from the past work like real people while the humans from the present work more like normal type Pokémon (insert Ash chucking a log, surviving pikachu’s lightning attacks with almost no injuries, and the time it takes for one year to pass being increased 10 fold.)

This could also be a great way to explore Ash’s relationship with pikachu since that’s what all the villagers would focus on. The galaxy team would treat Pokémon like pets at best and threats at worst, but Ash is so in tune with pikachu that he can practically understand what he says, while both are completely willing to sacrifice themselves for each other
