I often forget to post here and I'm so sorry for this...

Some days ago I did more for my swap Bojack AU, it's my comfort AU after all! Since I started it I wanted to draw Pickles, however, I had NO idea how to start a human design for her. I finally tried. I needed to redraw her plenty of times, but she's here! I hope she feels and looks enough like Pickles.

Herb, on the other hand, was pretty easy to design lmao

The rest is just cat Diane stuff because I love her.

Mixed feelings on Mr Peanutbutter and Pickles in general but honestly the best thing about their relationship is that when they go to see Angels In America neither of them bat an eye. I haven't watched the play nor have I watched Angels In The Outfield but I can safely say that if I were going to see such a serious drama expecting a comedy then I would at the very least be slightly distressed. These two go into it and come out the other end like "huh ok. That just happened" certified two weirdest people ever

bojack scenes that made me uncomfortable

The incident in New Mexico with Penny and her friends.. like how he looms over them at the hostipial was so sketchy and reminder of that power imbalance..   plus the thing with penny was super gross..   

Ana squeezing the shit out of his dick at his apartment was a def wtf moment this is just assault and never brought up again.   honestly i think her selling out bj makes zero sense cause she knew it already and still fucked him.. just a bitter hypocrite over losing vance.. 

Bojack strangling Gina though I wish i didnt watch that out of order by skipping to the next ep by mistake...   i would have liked to know what he was thinking but i suppose that was his drug   binge Don’t do Drugs Kids/ Adults/ Anyone ... 

 this is a great show to scare people off drugs

Pickles and PB relationship in general felt more uncomfty when we see her at her parents house on instagram it reminds us how young she really is..  its not illegal but its def weird

Vance Wagner at the college leaving with a young girl that looked like she was closer to 14 than 18  legal sure and yes she is obv not 14 since shes at college but it looked icky.. as to be expected from vance baldwing/gibson wagner.

Hank the Hippo cornering Diane if she a character in a horror movie there’s a 60 percent chance she’d be dead  I got vibes that he is a guy that would and has probably killed people.

I wasn't going to post today, but the part 2 of this AU is already done so....

Pickles is unironically my favorite character here, I have big plans for her.

Like last time, it's Instagram's original description so it might sound confusing in some parts.

Bojack and Rand being swapped was the easier choice because, to be fair, they're kinda similar. Buuuut also so different the plots will have to change a lot, especially their relationship with Diane and Reagan. Rand used to be, well, a famous actor in sci-fi sitcom: one that has a way better reboot and where Brett stars. He's very bitter about all of this obviously. Reagan grew up in the celebrity world but was never truly part of it. She prefers to just write for it and support Brett. Meanwhile, Bojack used to be Cognito's CEO with Herb (and Diane's dad ig), but he was kicked out and now is Diane's roommate. They have a mostly peaceful relationship, but are terrible influences for each other.

And about Pickles:

Alright, let's go! Pickles wasn't swap with anyone, she's her own character, I guess. She works at the PR and Media Manipulation department with PC and is a kind of a "fake influencer" that tries to manipulate her public as Cognito wishes. She doesn't think it's very nice, but they convince all she does is worth it. Besides this little thing, she's living her dream job with an amazing boyfriend and friends she loves… Right?

Her plot won't be so different from canon, what'll change is her relationship with other characters and the fact she's there since the start (when PB met Diane, he was already dating Pickles). And she really, really admires Diane!! She thinks Diane is smart, fun and even says how "she wishes to be like her someday"

So when PB eventually cheats on her… with Diane of all people… Everything hits Pickles a little more, but she tries to understand. Their relationship can still work. She can forgive. She can forget. But, in the moments she feels the worst, she can't help but look at the people that works with her and compare to the public that watches her all time. Why do the people that seems to truly cares about her are the ones she's paid (very badly) to manipulate? Pickles is confused.
