Video

I have to record one minute of music for @jailbreakguitars custom shop, it will be the soundtrack of a video they’re shooting. This is how I recorded the first part of the acoustic guitar, some little technical details below.. 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀 Three sources: two mics set up + Maton Piezo: with the Neumann U87 pointed toward the sound hole to pick up the lower frequencies, and the second mic (Apex 460 tube mic set in Omni pattern) pointed far toward the fingerboard to pick up the attack and the room. The acoustic guitar’s frequency range covers several octaves, which means a wide range of different audio wavelengths. Since the mics are a fixed distance from the source, those different waves will arrive at the mics at different points.
