End of an Era

After years of using an iPhone, I had to switch to an Android phone. My iphone was hit with some sort of new virus that has been 'bricking' even the latest models. I got a Pixel 2XL and it's going to take time to get use to. Just in time for Pretty Heroes, I'll have my hands full trying to figure things out.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013-2021) Created by Dan Goor and Michael Schur I recently finished watching all of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" (that's 7 seasons in about a month) and loved the show. The writing and the characters are all great, and I loved all the action movie references and cop tropes. Sadly, the 8th Season coming this year will be the last. As others have written, it would have been awesome for the show to conclude with a 9 episode 9th Season, but that is not meant to be I guess. Anyway, it's better to go out on a high note. I drew Andy Samberg as Jake Peralta from the show. This was done with multi colour ballpoint pen on A6 sketchbook. One thing I tried here (you can't make it out from the photo) is that, to darken certain areas, I used a bit of green as well on top of the orange, red and yellow colours, rather than just using black.
