I usually tend to do my own recipes when it comes to my kitchen work. Tonight I felt like doing something a bit different. 🥰 This No-Bake Avocado Mousse Tart looks heavenly!
Method: 1️⃣ Line a 20cm tart tin with baking paper.
2️⃣ Process nuts, cocoa powder, sea salt, and soaked dates until the mixture sticks together. Press into the tart tin and chill.
3️⃣ Melt chocolate, set aside to cool.
4️⃣ Process filling ingredients (except melted chocolate) until smooth. Add melted chocolate and combine.
5️⃣ Scoop mixture into the chilled tart base, smooth over, and refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with fresh berries and enjoy!
