at first it was a joke then they were like yes yes so true and bam is was ur genuine duo name

the joke surfaced from one of your first interactions and how that energy lasted through the friendship

you left the voice channel with multiple of the dsmp members to chill in a different vc for a little because all that social stimulation at once was getting overwhelming for you

but you promised chat you'd rejoin after you recharged your social battery (most of them didn't push and were reminding you to take care of yourself first)

after a little bit tubbo realized you were gone, and he knew you were shy, it was basically common knowledge to anyone who has seen any of your content, and ngl he felt a little guilty so he left vc and joined yours!

he asked if you were alright and if you needed him to "tell them to shut their faces", you, of course, declined with a little laugh

alas it was rhetorical and he left your vc anyways 😕 you talked to chat before tubbo rejoined and told you it should be ok to rejoin the main vc without getting a headache now

A Visit From… Bloopers Reel (Vol. 2)

Welcome to the second volume of the bloopers reel. This time around I also added some deleted scenes I couldn’t fit into the series, for one reason or another. Remember this is outside of canon from the series, meant for fun and to break tension. Please sit back and enjoy the hilarity

Warning: Swearing, utter stupidity not meant to be taken seriously

A Visit From… Jack Manifold

“You know I tried to be patient but clearly that’s not going to happen.” You speak up, startling the guy as he whips his head in your direction.

“Ahjfjjr mrimvokd!” You start laughing when all that comes out of Jack’s mouth is absolute gibberish.

“I’m sorry, what was that again?” You say between chuckles.

“Words?” He chuckles himself, slightly embarrassed.

“I can assure you those weren’t words.” You say cheekily.

“I forgot my line, can we just start over?” He looks away, trying to hide his beet red face.

“Are there still awkward potions in the chest?” You ask rhetorically before resetting yourselves to retake the scene.

A Visit From… Quackity

You could hear screaming outside your house, curious and concerned you step out to investigate only to see a man running around in nothing but… let’s say shorts for now.

“What the f***?” It slips out before you can catch yourself. “When you said you weren’t going to wear much for the scene, I didn’t think you meant you would be borderline naked.”

“That’s just how I vibe, man.” He says in his Mexican Dream voice, the both of you end up laughing as a result.

“Uhhh… Y-you good over there, buddy?” You ask hesitantly.

“Oh yes, hello.” He waves, speaking in an oddly high-pitched voice as he approaches, you can’t help but break into laughter.

“If you keep this up we’re never going to finish filming this scene.” You in fact did not finish the scene that day.

A Visit From… Punz (Second Visit)

An infuriated Punz who marches up to you and practically shoves a pouch into your hands, the force behind it almost knocking you over.

“Oops sorry.” Punz apologizes.

“You just pushed me, how dare you.” You dramatically feign hurt, you can’t hold up the act for long and the both of you end up laughing before retaking the scene.

“You seem very tense, have a seat and try to cool down a little while I get something for you.” You say in a calm matter, hoping to not aggravate him any farther then he already was. He drops himself down on the couch so hard one of the legs breaks off. The two of you stare at each other in silence for a moment.

“You’re going to have to fix that.”

“I know…” He sighs.

“Fundy stole Beenus!” He starts, you’re trying so hard not to crack, he notices. “Don’t you dare, don’t you dare.” He warns, but that just makes you laugh harder.

“Beenus…” Is all you manage to wheeze out. It takes a few minutes to calm down before you can try the scene again.

A Visit From… Tubbo (Third Visit)

“Well I’m sure you’ve already heard that Wilbur and Tommy are now enemies to L'Manberg, and as the president’s man it’s my job to help hurt them down.” Tubbo explains.

“Are you sure that’s what you meant to say?” You ask. Tubbo looks at you confused, then proceeds to flip through the script.

“Oh? Ooohh! Sorry.” He apologizes for the mistake. “It’s hunt not hurt, I mean I could hurt them too in all honesty.” He says nonchalantly, you can hear Wilbur break into laughter in the background.

“Are you doing this because you want to do it or because someone told you to do it?”

“Ummm… well… because I uhhh… uhhhh… uhhhhhh…” He trails off, you could practically see the gears turning in his head as he tries to remember his line.

“Take your time.”

A Visit From… Techno

“Alright, what can I…” Your voice trails off, eyes wide and blood running cold. “Eeehhhhhh…” You let out the high pitched sound without meaning to.

“Ahaha! You should really see the look on your face.” Techno chuckles.

Deleted Scene: “What the heck?” You mutter looking down at your comm, Techno raises a curious eyebrow. “Apparently Tommy wants me to relay a message to you.” You explain.

“If it is what I think it is, I’m not doing it.” Techno says, crossing his arms.

“Well that’s just the thing, it’s not much of a message, it’s just the letter E.” Instantly after you say that Techno’s face scrunches up and he glares at the wall.

“Where did Tommy say he was again?” He asks, an edge to his voice.

“I think he’s still at Pogtopia with Wilbur, why?” You ask nervously.

“… I’m gonna kill him.” With that Techno leaves without another word and you’re left standing there shocked and confused.

A Visit From… HBomb

“Wait, why is this one blue? I’ve never seen a blue stand before.”

“Well why are you in a maid outfit?” You ask back. HBomb looks down at himself.

“Why didn’t anyone tell me I was still wearing this?” He asks, slightly embarrassed. You just shrug. “Hang on, I’ll be right back.”

A Visit From… Eret (Second Visit)

“You know for someone who wants to be discreet you sure look rather flashy.” You joke pointing to their outfit. He chuckles sheepishly at this.

“Yeah I guess, but you gotta admit, I look really good in it.” She replies, striking a pose.

“Yas, work it.” You applaud, Eret strikes another pose. The two of you completely forgetting to finish the scene in favour of this small fashion show… worth it.

A Visit From… JSchlatt

“Here, a little something from me to you.” He tosses something at you, you’re too distracted trying to catch it to pay attention to what it is. When it’s secure in your grip do you look down at it.

“An apple?” You raise a questioning eyebrow his way. “Who do you take me for? Charlie?”

“Man’s not even in this series.”

“Yet. I heard he’s joining later in the timeline.”

“Can’t a man just make a reference in peace?” Schlatt sighs exasperated.

“No, because that’s exactly what you want.” You quip.

“You know what, f*** you, we’re doing this again.” He jabs back lightheartedly, the both of you sharing a small laugh before having to redo the scene.

“Only if we’re getting ahead of ourselves. No, I’m here to make amends.”

“Ominous foreshadowing is ominous.” You mutter.

“That’s what I’m here for.” Schlatt states proudly.

“Oh sh**! I didn’t think you heard me.” You look away sheepishly.

“These ram ears hear everything, baby!”

“Oh, you’re a ram! Here I thought you were a goat hybrid like Tubbo.”

“What? No! Why does everyone keep thinking that?”

“Your traits do look very similar.” You point out. “We’re getting off track, should we try again?”

“Yeah sure I’ve got some time to kill.”

A Visit From… Wilbur and Dream (Firth and Third Visit)

“By all accounts we’re actually the bad guys. Schlatt won fair and square in the election and even made some good changes to the country, and we’re the ones trying to take it back by force. This isn’t about L’Manberg or the people anymore…” Before Wilbur can continue you jump in.

“It’s about drive, it’s about power.”

“We stay hungry, we devour.” Dream joins in.

“Put in the work, put in the hours, AND TAKE WHATS OURS!”

“You two are literally the worst.” Wilbur says, semi-amused.

“Oh cmon, I see that smile you’re trying to hide.” You smirk, leaning in closer to him, he lightly shoves you away in retaliation.

A Visit From… Techno (Second Visit)

Making your way down stairs you nearly give yourself a heart attack, slipping in the process.

“Dude! Don’t scare me like that!” You scold picking yourself up.

“Can’t hold me accountable, I didn’t even do anything.” Techno raises his arms in defence.

“You presents is intimidating.”

“That sounds like a you problem.” He says matter-of-factly. You sigh and head back upstairs to try at the scene again.

Festival Aftermath

Deleted Scene: “I leave you alone for 5 minutes and suddenly everyone’s throwing hands!” You announce your arrival rather suddenly.

“Techno started it!” Tommy shouts, pointing an accusing finger at the piglin.

“I didn’t start yelling for no reason, you did.”

“Oh yeah well…” You sigh as Tommy goes off on some tangent, you hear Wilbur laugh.

“What?” You look over at him.

“Nothing, nothing. It’s just sometimes when you’re trying to diffuse a situation, I don’t know, it reminds me of what my own father does.”

“If that’s the case, I feel sorry the man.”

You sort of followed him around like a lost puppy, and he didn't seem to notice

Jack manifold

Jack had an idea for the stream today but it went to shit when the server didn't load up. So now he's just sitting with CHAT trying to figure out what to do.

Luckily your lovely self walked in asking him to try out your sushi you just made.

BOOM IDEA

So when the setup was all done in the kitchen he sat down and explained to chat that this was gonna be a food reviewing stream.

For half of the stream you made all kinds of sushi for him to try with chat. Chat loved it and Jack was happy with the food.

Eventually you ran out of ideas so you just gave him a sushi plate (like the picture above) and let him talk to chat for the rest of the time.

10/10 please make him more sushi

Bench trio

Tommy, Tubbo and Ranboo were all just chilling with chat when you walked in with a plate full of different flavors of mochi.

Chat already knew the drill since you've walked in with all kinds of food in passed streams. But chat was excited nontheless.

You gave them all the mochi and left out the room without a word.

They were a bit surprised but happy anyway.

Ranboo explained that it was a kind of desert that has different flavors depending on the color of the mochi

Luckily each flavor has 3 of its own so each of them could try each flavor.

They tried each mochi together and talked about it with chat.

Tommy's favorite was the mint one

Tubbos was the strawberry

And Ranboos was the ice cream mochi

10/10 they loved it

Wilbur soot.

Now usually you'd never bring food to wilburs office but hey Wilbur was hungry and asked for some takeout.

Now you didn't want to give him JUST takeout. He needs to be more healthy then that.

So like the great partner you are you dished up some good ass food and made it look all fancy for your dearest boyfriend.

At the time you didn't know he was streaming but just in case you wore a mask to not be shown on camera

Finally you arrived at wilburs office. So you knocked on the office door and saw Wilbur look at you from his desk.

Instantly he smiled and waved at you to come in.

"Chat, chat it's my s/o!" Wilbur explained to chat overly exited.

So you walked in and let down the Tupperware of food and put the freezer on the floor next to Wilbur. Luckily you had a portable freezer in your car so you kept the ice cream there.

"No more takeout for you Mr. Soot. I made you some actual food this time." You scolded Wilbur with your arms crossed.

Wilbur pouted at the scolding but agreed because he loves your cooking. Before you left you said hi to chat and patted wilburs head.

After you were gone Wilbur went back to talking with chat and eating. By now he was used to the spicy food even though it still burned.

"It tastes good chat. But it's spicy" Wilbur explained half way through finishing his food.

After Wilbur finished his food he glanced down and noticed the freezer. 'Since when did I have a freezer?' Wilbur thought.

So he opened it and saw the ice-cream in another container.

He instantly grabbed it and showed it to chat

"Look chat! S/o brought be icecream!"

He loved everything. And he really appreciated you cooking for him...again

But he had fun with chat and he loved the food.

New intro post !! You can call me Funky, which comes from my main/writing blog, @funky-writer-man. My original posts tag is "#funky says things". He/him. Putting the rest under a read more, here is information about what this blog is and my fandom preferences, that kind of thing.

So as a short explanation, this was originally made to be mostly a dsmp blog because I was really into that at the time. And for a pretty long time it was my main fandom. I watched a bit of qsmp, I'd been watching it for a few months. And then...the obsession hit? So! Completely my favourite thing right now. Not that short an explanation but yeah. I'm still partially into dsmp stuff, ccs, and other mc related things but definitely predominantly qsmp, so anything not qsmp will be tagged #not qsmp as long as I remember about that. Feel free to block that if you're only here for qsmp.

I (currently) don't speak Spanish, Portuguese or French, which I am sad about. I don't only speak English though! I speak pretty good German (for the level I'm at anyway) and hopefully more German speaking creators will be added so that can be useful. And also, I speak decent Irish! Unhelpful to the qsmp, but I know it!

My favourite qsmp characters: (originally here I started saying them but I ended up...listing all of them. Point is, I love them all. Let's just say my favs are tubbo and phil. And forever and bad and ETOILES and also- (I'm making myself stop here). And of course all the eggs. The eggs I know the best though are Tallulah and Chayanne because, again, I'm mostly a Phil or tubbo main.

I reblog a Lot, for any characters regardless of if I'm watching skjdkskdkd. Warning: I have hit post limit because of qsmp events multiple times. It's become a running bit of me announcing it to my friends.

I mentioned how I used to be really into the dsmp. To be clear, I never want to get super deep into fandom discourse again, thank you very much.. so I'll make my opinion clear: every qsmp character is at least a little bit fucked up, morally and emotionally. They are interesting that way, it's angsty and entertaining. I love all of the characters as the flawed people they are. I don't dislike any of them. I think some of them are generally Wrong, but I still Like them for it. I even love cucurucho in the fucked up evil little guy kind of way.

I'm not as into shipping as a lot of people, I think it's important to mention that I'm on the aromantic spectrum. I don't dislike any of the ships, it's QueerSMP after all, as long as "#qsmp shipping" is tagged I will be alright with it. My only grievance is when some seem to imply that if a relationship were to be platonic, it would be less important. As long as you don't say things like that, which hopefully none of you do, I am completely fine with shipping. I ship all of the popular ones, I suppose; if the characters interact in a flirty-type way, I see that as their relationship. I love frubbo, fitpac, spiderbit, you get my point.

Just gonna briefly mention other things I am interested in!

Ccs: other than qsmp creators, I also watch tommyinnit and a bit of ranboo and jack manifold. But to be honest a LOT of who I like are already on the qsmp. Tubbo, Phil, Wilbur, and that's just English speaking creators. I like sorry boys and lovejoy, and also mcc when ccs I like are participating.

He comes into your house while you're asleep and sets up a scavenger hunt in which he hides a variety of your things and challenges you to find everything

It's mostly small things like headphones, or a keychain or something like that

At the end of the hunt there's a basket filled with your things, and replacements for anything that wasn't in very good condition anymore

Also a card that says "you deserve it boss man :)"

My best friend did this for my birthday like a month before we met up irl for the first time and I almost cried

He sends you a card with some money and a friendship bracelet (but not one of the cringe "weirdo #1" "weirdo #2" ones yk??) inside

There's loads of doodles that relate to inside jokes you guys have

He does this thing where he changes his handwriting to make it look like your favourite characters are signing your card (example: my friend wrote a small "happy birthday" from Norman, Emma and Ray from the promised Neverland in a different handwriting for all three)

It's just loveky

Also orders takeaway to your house that night

Gives you precious things like netherite and gold jewelry

My favourite ship at the moment is FengQing (Feng Xin X Mu Qing from TGCF) and I am constantly talking @astrowaffles 's ear off about them. Platonically, I'm always mentally ill about the Shiratorizawa team and how they all support each other. Family-wise, I can't get Shen Twin aus out of my head

B - A pairing–platonic, romantic or sexual–that you initially didn’t consider, but someone changed your mind.

Yaku and Suga from Haikyuu, both platonic and romantic :) I think either way would be really sweet and funny

The timeline gets a bit confuddled here but my first otp was either prinxiety (Roman X Virgil from Sanders Sides) or klance (Keith X Lance from VLD)

I - Has Tumblr caused you to stop liking any fandoms, if so, which and why?

I scoped out the Skulduggery Pleasant fandom and I'm not planning on going back (which sucks because the books are amazing)

K - What character has your favorite development arc/the best development arc?

Either Zuko, Tsukki, Mu Qing, or Ming Fan (can you tell I'm a fan of grouchy people with the ability to do good?)

L - Say something genuinely nice about a character who isn’t one of your faves. (Characters you’re neutral about are fair game, as are characters you merely dislike. Characters that you absolutely loathe with the fire of ten thousand suns are exempt, as there is no point in giving yourself an aneurysm over a character that you hate.)

As someone very neutral over Asahi, I really have to say that he is portrayed as the ace amazingly. Even though he isn't the main character and can't score all the epic points, he's still an inherently powerful force and you always trust in him when the ball goes his way, as this viewer.

M - Name a character that you’d like to have for a friend.

Q - A fandom you’ve abandoned and why.

DSMP/MCYT - after Technoblade sadly passed away and then the finale was handled so clumsily, I just couldn't bother with it anymore. However, I still watch a lot of those YouTubers today, like Tommyinnit and Jack Manifold :)

R - Which friendship/platonic relationship is your favorite in fandom?

Shiratorizawa Third Years for the win!!!!

S - Show us an example of your personal headcanon (prompts optional but encouraged)

Shen Yuan was chronically ill before he transmigrated and he died not just due to choking but because a seizure happened during his rage-eating. We know he's an unreliable narrator, hence why he never mentions this - he hated being ill and felt ashamed by it, so he never wants to think about it now he's no longer sick.

A prompt for this could be Shen Qingqui gets wife plotted and the consequence is far too similar to how he lived his old life that he keeps nearly breaking over it. Could lead to an identity reveal or just some good ol' hurt/comfort

T - Do you have any hard and fast headcanons that you will die defending?

Yamagata has clinical depression. Idrk where this came from but it's something I very much stand by and have lots of interlocking ideas with so, yeah, no one is changing my mind on that.

U - Three favorite characters from three different fandoms, and why they’re your favorites.

Mu Qing (TGCF/Heaven Official's Blessing) - he's my favourite because of his complicated character. He says negative things, the rumours about him is how he is cold and unkind, yet we see his actions and behaviour portrayed very differently. He's a truly complicated guy.

Goshiki Tsutomu (Haikyuu) - I've written an essay on him which I now cannot find??? I'll have to fish it out but basically he's a really well written character whom performs so hard despite the anxiety he's visibly under being in such an infamous team

Shen Yuan (SVSSS/Scum Villain's Self Saving System) - he's a nerd who died and is now a hot guy but has the nerve to complain about it, he's just like me and I love that.

V - Which character do you relate to the most?

It sounds dramatic and emo as fuck, but Mu Qing. I just get him on a very deep level.

W - A trope which you are virtually certain to hate in any fandom.

Major Character Death or just Character Death in general - I always find it very cheap or unfulfilling. To get me on board with Major Character Death takes a LOT

X - A trope which you are almost certain to love in any fandom.

The Girlboss X Malewife ship - I don't mind the genders, I don't care for dynamics... if that ship is in there, it's likely to be my favourite!! See FengQing and KyouHaba for reference lol

Flashbacks to the times they stated in a blurb above his page that Jack Manifold didn't actually go to hell and came crawled back because *Dream* hadn't listed his dead as canon in an earlier tweet (bc he's not in charge of his own character ig?). Also insisting sbi family was totally canon until well after techno and phil had separately said it wasn't. Technoblade's whole personality section (at least at one point, haven't checked that in a while. But that one was written by a c!anti you could tell). That time they said Ranboo personally contacted them to list the beeduo marriage as platonic and he was like No I didn't.
