Daily #2,525! I 100% thought we were going to be trapped forever in a play tower for a while there to be honest. 😳 The relief upon us finally getting out via slide truly made me appreciate being alive lmao

Wonderful Things That May or May Not Be Wonderful!!! Remember when we used to play outside? Me neither!... Ok, I do remember a bit. For instance, I do remember when I was a wee lad, a good chunk of my outdoor playtime was spent at playgrounds and playscapes. Ah, playscapes. Miniature monoliths of steel and plastic (and sometimes wood) surrounded by a sea of wood chips, fake grass or sometimes, just grass. Fortresses of adventure and physical exertion. They were the cornerstones of Kindergarten and Elementary School recess hours and they had it all. Open slides, tube slides, monkey bars, covered hovels, rope ladders, straight-up rope, swing sets, rock climbing walls, what more could you want! And then you had those huge climbing tube mazes with ball pits you'd see at fast food joints or those towering ones at water parks with the massive buckets that spilled over every fifteen minutes. Yes, the memories of these playground centerpieces should always be remembered and cherished for even as the years go by, they will remain wonderful.
