if heat is inflammatory then why is it the only thing that helps my body hurt less

#i feel like i’ve maybe posted this exact post before tbh #but that’s because it’s a sentiment that i literally think about all the time #anyway my body hates me what else is new #please pray that some combo of edibles and my heating pad make it better enough that i can at least get to sleep tonight #also please pray that this is just cramps or normal or something and not a reaction to my new meds #that i got my first IV of yesterday 🙃 #personal #chronic illness
