Prompt claiming and registration starts on the 1st of July (8AM EDT) and ends in August!

If you are interested in claiming a prompt, here is a quick guide to the process!

First read the Career Fair Rules at our collection. It's especially important that your fanwork must follow the careers listed in the prompt, must be created specially for the Fair and should not be posted anywhere else. The collection is anonymous so any work submitted to the collection will automatically stay anonymous until the end of the fair.

The complete list of prompts can be viewed at this table (sortable by Harry or Draco's careers).

Reminders:

Each prompt can be claimed once for art and once for fic. You may also claim both art and fic together.

If you have submitted your first entry to our collection, you may claim another after July 31st (provided our maximum writer and/or artist capacity have not been reached).

Claiming by proxy is permitted.

You may claim your own prompt.

How prompt claiming is going to work: If your first choice is not yet claimed, it’s yours! If your first choice is already claimed, you will get your second choice, and so on! If you only want to list only one prompt option, that is perfectly fine.

The mods will email to confirm your claim as soon as we can confirm which of your prompt choices are still unclaimed. We will also be updating the table to indicate which prompts have been claimed for fic or for art.

I know this isn't new for a load of countries, but the UK is finally getting with the program... I'm flagging it up here as there is a very important safety concern for those in domestic abuse/coercive control situations.
