Nanami is complete!

I paired the jacket and shorts up with my comfy tights and my shoe covers I made for her school uniform.

I made the shoulder pauldrons out of cardboard, felt, and 6" bullion fringe. The buttons and collar triangles are both handmade. I used Polly Plastic beads in a fondant mold to make them then shoved a hot awl through it to make buttonholes.

Nanami was initially going to be for a contest I decided not to enter, but I hope to get some spring photos with her when more flowers bloom!

Me as Karlach at London MCM! I met Neil Newbon (Astarion), Samantha Béart (Karlach), and Frazer Blaxland (Dammon). They were all so lovely and really complimentary about my costume - which really helped with my lack of confidence about it :o Hopefully next time I cosplay I will actually get some proper pictures, as I was too self-conscious at MCM!
