thinking abt a tag saying meat circus was like a great Final Level that pn2 lacked and its got me thinking now hc i love like, lucrecia's lament > fatherland follies > back to lucrecia's lament basically as a trio finale but i do think i agree that that all does not make One Striking Final Vision... like the final boss arena with the frozen in time grulovian flood is baller thats true but somethin abt it aint got a pow a pop a zing like "escape flood tent while evil dad says SON CATCH!!"

For your ghost Au is Frazie chill about Dion's sight or is she curious and constantly asking questions?

This one got long so I'm putting it under a cut

One thing I'd like to establish is that the Aquatos, while largely unaware of what Dion can see, are aware of the fact that his eyes are a little weird. He's always had better night vision than anyone else, and the Aquatos have always had a "he's just like that" reaction to it. Dion can see in the dark and his eyes shine if you aim a bright light at them, because he's Just Like That.

Similarly, while Dion had no clue that Frazie was psychic until PN2, he's been vaguely aware that she's got something going on. Some sort of secret. But he's never looked into it, never cared to find out what his sister was hiding—and Frazie similarly never knew about the ghosts. Maybe it doesn't make sense for Dion to not know that Frazie's psychic, but it creates a nice little parallel so he didn't.

Except,,, Frazie wasn't completely writing Dion's weirdness off. In the leadup to Raz running away, she'd find Dion chilling with his cat and talking to nothing and she'd ask him who he's talking to, some part of her hoping that,,, maybe she isn't alone. Maybe it isn't just her and Raspy, maybe Dion's got something going on, too.

But Dion always brushed her off. Always receded into himself, leaving Frazie frustrated until the cycle repeats itself.

And that's part of why Frazie's so quick to believe Dion, after the incident at the lake. She saw her own body unconscious below her, saw Dion staring directly at her when nobody else seemed to notice, and the part of her that had always been hoping made the connection.

And Dion,,,, doesn't brush her off this time. Tersely admits that he can see ghosts. This is a major turning point.

So yeah, Frazie has questions. She's not constantly bugging him about it, but she does want to Know. She wants to reconnect with her brother after the stress drove them apart, y'know? And Dion wants to reconnect with her, loathe as he is to admit it aloud.

tl;dr there's a definite shift in the dynamic between dion & frazie but ultimately it just means dion has someone he can share the juicy ghost gossip with

Oh yeah the implications that minds can effect others if they aren't careful f-ed. Me. Up! As an angst writer I mean bc like the potential is there! It's just sitting there. One of my favorite ideas as a teen was Raz growing up to be like a mix of Milla and Crueller: sealing up the areas that got mixed up like she did w/ nightmares, but once they're unsealed by someone it takes him awhile to go back to normal. And eventually that's rlly hard too so he tries to figure out a way to balance them.

The Lovely Camilla Vodello

First impression:

wow that secret room in Milla's Dance Party is so fucked up!! anybody else seein this shit?!

Impression now:

Milla's a wonderful lady, she's very pretty and I enjoy her company :) I think my favorite thing about her is she is one of the not-a-parent adults in this series I most trust to take care children aha

Favorite moment:

The set piece in ROR with the underwater bus where she's trying so hard to save "the children" and you can see the train hurdeling toward them in milla-vision, that was really good. I also quite like when she says they have to help Caligosto, the Poor Thing. She's so sweet.

Idea for a story:

More Milla as a camp counselor would be cool :) The first game implies she and Sasha are special guests but the post-game of PN2 implies those two just work at the camp semi-regularly? and I think that's cute, she makes a great teacher

Can't say I have any particular opinions that feel they go against the grain of the consensus!

Favorite relationship:

Well Milla and Sasha have a lot of chemistry, they make me feel nostalgic in a way. I think they're a very cute item whether they're really romantically involved or just very close in other ways

Favorite headcanon:

Golly I don't really have many headcanons about Milla actually... do enjoy Milla and Sasha being a t4t power couple tho
