real shot in the dark here but does anyone know what game this is from??

I found it while cleaning my room and the memory of this game is clawing at the back of my brain but I just can't reach it

it was probably a game from the early 2000s, I'm maybe getting a vague Polly Pockets or Barbie vibe from it? I can't remember anything else about how the game worked or what other pieces there were

if anyone finds this familiar pleeeaaase help me jog my memory
