⌗ shadow himself is pretty sweet, he won’t ever reveal that side of him to anybody but you though.

⌗ he would be very protective of you, he sees a bit of maria in you due to your kindness, therefor he cannot let anything take you away from him.

⌗ yeah he can be a bit possessive, but if you’re not into that do let him know. the last thing shadow wants to do is upset you!

⌗ don’t expect many dates that involve big crowds, most of your dates will be dinner dates, watching movies, or just the two of you enjoying each other’s presence in silence.

⌗ please be patient with him!! he doesn’t know what he’s doing when it comes to romantic relationships, so it’ll take some time for him to get the hang of it. until then, keep being your sweet self! he appreciates it a lot.

⌗ he finds pet names cheesy and unnecessary. so, he’ll use your name most of the time when referring to you.

⌗ i think it’s kinda cute that he has his own chao, he sees it as his own child. and he finds it adorable whenever he catches the two of you playing together! he’ll just smile and let y’all do yalls thing while keeping a mental note of letting you play with the chao more often.

⌗ rouge will definitely tease shadow about his relationship with you, “shadow you look.. happy? wow, that (Y/N) really has changed you!” all jokes of course.

⌗ but she is right on some degree, your kindness has changed the once grumpy hedgehog. he’s been smiling more, laughing more at peoples jokes, hell he even tries to socialize with other people because he knows that you want what’s best for him!!

⌗ and even when he tries to voice his love for you, he still finds it difficult. it’s not that he doesn’t love you, it’s just that he hasn’t gotten used to the idea of being in a relationship with somebody who truly accepts him. “(Y/N) i.. i..” — “it’s okay, i know. i do too.”

i just... is anyone else here a big jack conte fan? because i swear he has to be one of my favorite artists of all time. i absolutely adore his music. i love that he adds so many different instruments and that they come together so well. his singing and melodies and harmonies are so well crafted. they just itch something in my head that i never knew i needed itched. and i love that he made up videosongs where you can actually see what goes into the song. my little music need brain loves seeing how the different sounds are created and when they're added. god, i just love his music so much. i wish that most people were into him after so many years since he started making music. pompalamoose fans, he's the guy in pomplamoose. his solo work is literally just the best and also has similar vibes to pomplamoose's music. some of my favorites of his are push, eat, this disaster, like a match, passenger seat, flavors, gulf, and time of your life. hehe thank you <3 i love his music so much

Well. Huh. Okay. This is gonna be a journey. We start with a song I just think is awesome. And then go into a high energy song about protecting yourself from heartbreak. And then we just get increasingly thirsty for a bit.

"Also there is a very horny sapphic song on here. Anyway." - this quote from a few weeks ago is also true. Except maybe more so.

Then we switch gears completely. Energy. A low key observational singer/songwriter thing. A ska song. Ending with a song from what I'm pretty sure is the Mega Man rock opera.

Can I get the SSS team with a gn!reader whos causing trouble everywhere they go?

Like they cannot take their eyes off of reader for ONE second without everything being on fire or them fighting somebody

But the reader is really kind hearted and is like the therapist of the group

tysm for the request!! it’s okay, i was able to understand the request :)) — scenario: you cause trouble for the SSS team often, but they still appreciate you! — (a/t) = animal type

⌗ you and the SSS team hang out quite a lot, and whenever you do.. it’s chaos.

⌗ you would often be getting into fights or arguments with somebody else- and one of the hedgehogs would have to drag you away before the situation escalated any further.

⌗ whenever this happens, shadow would get annoyed by your actions, and would let you know. “chaos (Y/N), you really couldn’t tell he was taunting you on purpose?!” — “calm down shadow. they didn’t know, and they apologized. can we move on now?”

⌗ sonic would often come to your defense when shadow says things like that, and silver would simply watch on the sidelines awkwardly.

⌗ speaking of the telekinetic hedgehog!- silver is also sweet, so the two of you have that in common! but, he will give you small lectures on not setting buildings on fire.

⌗ yes.. despite all those impulsive decisions you make, you’re still a kind hearted (a/t). the SSS team would come to you whenever they need somebody to talk to. but it isn’t often when that happens.

⌗ “thank you (Y/N).. i really needed to hear that.” — “thanks for listening (Y/N), you’re one good listener!” — “..thank you, (Y/N).”

⌗ now back to the chaos.

⌗ the three hedgehogs will never understand how quickly you get into these situations. they always ask how it happened, but you always give them vague answers.

⌗ “(Y/N) did you.. set that building on fire?” — “which one, ive lit 3 today.” silver gave you a look full of both confusion and fear.

⌗ whenever it’s just you and shadow out, do expect him to keep his eye on you the whole time. he does NOT want to deal with another incident caused by you again.

⌗ and when it’s just you and sonic together, he won’t keep you by his side at all times like shadow, but he will make sure you’re staying out of trouble.

⌗ similar to sonic, silver would let you do you, but he will use his powers on you if he has to. “silver put me down!” — “not until you agree to stop fighting him!”

⌗ but in the end, despite the trouble you often cause for the SSS team, they still appreciate you!

This was my favorite song for a long time, and I still love it a lot! I've loved this band since I was, like, 14. They haven't made any new music in quite a while though, which is disappointing.

Bear Ghost is my favorite band of the past decade. Their music is upbeat and exactly the kind of music I love the most; catchy and evocative without taking themselves too seriously.

Expiration Date - Pomplamoose [Youtube, Spotify]

Pomplamoose was a band that I listened to the most when they were first getting started, back in 2010 for me. I loved their first three albums the most, they were very experimental and the vibe of two people just finding how to make sounds work well together was delightful. I still enjoy their current music, but that was when I loved them the most.

Louie Zong is a wonderful artist, animator, and musician. He's probably my current favorite artist overall, all of his work is so charming and uplifting. He even has a tumblr!

We Want A Rock - They Might Be Giants [Youtube, Spotify]

My overall favorite band, I have loved them since I was very young and have only grown to love them more as I've dug back into their discography. This song specifically seems, to me at least, to be a message about how we're all working to build something stable just to do something fun with our lives, though from what I've read it was just intended to be a joke about pet rocks.
