I'm not one to indulge the premise that the ring Dain is holding is the ring of Nibelung yet, but I can't help but think that he may have some genuine and deep insight about the Sovereigns and that the power from beyond Nibelung and the other Sovereigns and lesser dragons of the time believed that would take the Primordial One down with his Shining Shades might be the power that Dain finds and is currently using.

Another unrelated thought is the premise that Irminsul, which sustains the entirety of the world with the seven elements by sending their energy through its Ley Lines, could've been a thing since before Phanes' coming and that the energy within the holy tree is part of the Sovereigns' dragons. Can't help the brainworms that in a similar fashion as Azhdaha does due to his connection with Ley Lines, so can Dain use other elements due to his connection to Irminsul, hence said power stemming from the Sovereigns—

Hiiii. My apartment will accept my application but they want two months of a deposit upfront by Wednesday, and because I've had to do repairs on my car that's stretching my money tight. So I am again bumping my Kofi (ko-fi.com/rosebijoumme) and making mention that I am willing to short fanfic writing commissions of properties I am familiar with (say, 500 words for $15). If you appreciate the funny words I say, drawings, or my research posts about Egypt, helping me out with this is a nice way to express that. I do hate to rattle my tincan but they want around $90 dollars more than I have on hand, and I do need gas back and forth until my next check on December (which is often around 150-200$, it's been on the lower side lately and having to pay so much is why I'm moving).
