Danny: I'm half alive and half dead.

Aizawa: What?

Danny: Well it's kinda confusing.

Aizawa: How about you start step by step.

Danny: So first is that I have a human living form here. [Gestures to self] And I have a ghost not alive form. [Transforms into phantom before gesturing to body]

Todoroki: So you just die on command?

Danny: Basically, yeah.

Tokoyami: A beautiful ability I could only desire to welcome as my own one day.

Aizawa: Tokoyami please stay after class.

Tokoyami: You cannot lie to the green monster that resides within you as well Aizawa.

Aizawa: No but we still need to talk.

Tokoyami: Very well then, I shall.

Aizawa: Oh kami. Alright so you alter your form. What else does your quirk include?

Danny: Well I have stereotypical ghostly abilities like flying, invisibility, intangibility, being able to turn things I touch invisible and intangible. I also have like ecto-rays and ecto-blasts and I can-

Aizawa: So your quirk status is just multiple bs convent abilities like the problem child. Plus while the problem childs' favorite past time is self sacrifice, you actually die on a regular bases. Do you also break your bones daily?

Danny: Hmmm, not in particular, but I do have my own healing factor so that's a plus.

Aizawa: At least Recovery Girl will like you. Well, then it's settled, you will be joining class 1-B. I already have to deal with 2 kids with multiple quirks, one who consistently is trying to kill themselves, one who is consistently try to kill their father, and one student who has activity attempted murder. Yes, murder, not homicide since it can be proven in the court of law that it was planned. Not to mention the ball of curses and anger, and the walking embodiment of sexual harassment. Hell would have to freeze over before I have you as another problem child under my care and responsibility in my class.

Danny: Well, I do have an ice core so I am physically capable of freezing over Hell.

Aizawa: No, I forbid it.

Danny: But you just said you're not my teacher. So I don't actually have to listen to you.

Aizawa: That's not how that works and you know it.

Danny: No I don't actually. So don't mind me, I'll be back in a few for class to start after I freeze over Hell. Make sure to leave me an open desk!

Aizawa: Kami, what did I do that was so bad in a previous life to warrant this? What? Did I still candy from baby orphans? What was it?

one thing I hate, and when I say I hate, I mean that I despise with all my fucking being, is that Ohba glossed over some important events that should've affected the characters in a much more meaningful way. you mean to tell me that L died, the greatest detective in the world, the person they spent 307 days with, almost day and night together, and the only one who showed actual sadness is Soichiro? and that's it? not even a tear from Matsuda? I don't believe it. Matsuda would cry if a bug died. There's no way he was only scared for his life, to the point that he was willing not to continue the case. I just don't believe it. Even Aizawa. He would not cry, but he would show how fucking pissed he is that Kira killed L. They were too calm. Too fucking calm. Soichiro was actually distraught by that, and the others were like, "oh well lol now what do we do, please, Light, save us". shut the hell up. the task force's reactions at L's death were so fucking weird, so fucking shallow, so fucking fake, so fucking uncharacteristic. Aizawa would not just fucking accept that. He pointed out that Rem disappeared when Watari and L died and didn't look into that? it was literally in front of him. he just needed to think: "how do shinigami kill? death note. why did she disappear? what was that sand? could that be shinigami's ashes? we do cremate people, so... but shouldn't it have been there a fire? but if she died, where's her death note? could that just disappear? or did someone take it? who could take it? I mean, I am sure the task force did not... we were all together, but... wait, didn't Light run off without anyone? And he was the one to call us over there...". It was literally there. and he waited 6 fucking years to consider Light kind of suspicious. you are making them dumb on purpose at this point, 'cause that would've literally taken a bit of creativity and some skills they already should posses because they are fucking police officers. and the fact that they let fucking suspect number #1 put his hands on L's computer??? are you okay in the head?? that's like the first rule of any investigation. don't give the suspect unrestricted access to the evidence you have against him or, in this case, all L's work about the kira case. and they did it. they fucking did it. no matter what, no matter how much time passed, he was still a fucking suspect and misa was quite confirmed to be the second kira, so goddamn, just ask yourself some fucking questions. stop acting like passive terminals, you dumb fucks, and do something. you learn to connect dots in kindergarten, do you need me to send you back there?

imagine bakugo getting hit with something like a truth quirk by accident or on purpose, and yes he spews the most intolerable shit and no one can stop him at alll and everyone just blushes at what comes outta his mouth, and no one can make him leave the room cuz he simply will not lol.

you’re in the lecture room just chillin at your seat and there’s a bunch of commotion in the hallways and the familiar yelling of the class hothead. you rest your head on top of your fist as you face the door, watching the incoming foolishness of denki and kiri struggling to push an angry bakugo in the classroom.

“fuckin business extra hit me with some shit!” kiri pushes bakugo in his seat patting his shoulder as his sparky haired counterpart exhaled an exasperated sigh of relief. “chill bakubro it was just an accident. I’m sure they didn’t mean it.” “yea dude they were holding their stomach.. probably were sick or something.” bakugo tsked, eyebrows twitching. “I don’t give a fuck.”

a few minutes pass and aizawa’s teaching the class and bakugo starts coughing up a storm, everyone looks his way asking if he’s alright and someone hands him a water bottle and he blinks disoriented like. “ugh fuckin weird. ‘m fine mind your business.”

everyone does as he says ignoring his coughing fit but you continue to stare his way, not necessarily looking at him but he’s still in your field view. it takes exactly 10 minutes after the bell has rung— before bakugo came into the room, til the quirk started to work, and you and everyone else can tell because he randomly speaks as aizawa is paused on a slide, “this shit’s boring as fuck.”

everyone now looks at him some in slight shock other’s with light amusement (you and todoroki) bakugo himself was surprised even though everyone knew, even aizawa, that the lectures were boring, bakugo never spoke out, on terms of learning he would be writing stuff down or whatever but he wouldn’t interrupt aizawa.

“is there a problem bakugo?” “no problem old man didn’t even mean to say it out loud it just slipped.” aizawa ‘hmm’d’ continuing his slideshow for the next 15 minutes before he wrapped it up, taking a nap in his sleeping bag by the wall near his desk, not before giving the class the warnings; to leave him alone, keep the noise down and not wake him up until someone is dead.

leaving everybody to their own devices and cliques you banded together with mina, talking about getting y’all’s hair and nails done and planning when to go out together soon.

bakugo was lost in his own little world before kiri snuck up on him, slinging an arm around his shoulder. “hey bakubro what’s up with that cough right?” the blonde slapped kirishima’s hand away with a scoff. “fuck off shitty hair you smell like a gallon of that shitty axe body spray. you only need about three pumps ya know that?!”

kiri mocks a pout. “aww come on that wasn’t very nice bro.” “well i don’t know what ta tell ya. you stink and it’s hurting my damn nostrils!” “i don’t know what it is bro but you seem more talkative today it’s weird.” bakugo tsked “you’re fuckin weir-“ he shuts his mouth as you approach with mina in tow.

“what’s up guys?” mina asks the two males as you wave back to kiri who waves at you both. “oh nothing ya know just bothering bakubro.” bakugo sits up folding his arms man spreading in his seat. “like fuckin always!” you chuckle at his little tidbit, making him stare at you, taking in your figure dawned in a cute light brown dress with black dragons that complimented your frame as you hop on top of the sturdy table, swinging your legs back and forth once you’ve settled yourself, giving him a chance to look at your legs, taking in your pretty feet clad in black sandals and white toe polish.

his eyes trailing back up to your face watching as you talked animatedly, the two twists that shape your face moving with you, the rest of your hair kept in a bun. “aye shortcake i don’t think i’ve said it before but you’re kinda thick aren’t ya?” the three of you stop talking after hearing that come from his mouth. mina who’s, sat like you on the side of bakugo, guffaws.

“wh- excuse me?” you try to think of something to say before kiri spoke up. “what’s with you bakubro? that’s not how you speak to a lady unless she consents.” denki and sero comes up just as bakugo exclaims a “fuck off!” to the false redhead. “what’s going on dudes and dudettes?” before the three of you can speak the vaguely shocked blond continues on his thoughts of you.

“just telling the shorty that i wouldn’t mind resting my face between her open thighs.” all five of y’all’s mouth drop, its silent for a literal minute as you try to wrap your mind around the words falling out of his mouth, before denki and sero start cackling like witches holding onto their stomachs. “what’s wrong with bakugo and why is he tryna spit game with y/n?” sero asks in between laughs.

“shut up tape face. how bout you and mina learn how to keep it down next time you wanna do it ina empty classroom… now back to us shorty.” your group looked at mina who covers her mouth as she side eyes bakugo, and sero who blushes looking away as denki shook on his shoulder. bakugo only stared at you as you gave mina a ‘we’ll talk about it later look’ before you looked at bakugo kiri snapped his fist in his hand gaining y’all’s attention.

“ooh i know what it is! the person that bumped into you probably activated their quirk! it must have to do with you just saying whatever comes to mind.” you hum at the correlation. “what’s with all this talk bakugo? if i didn’t know any better i’d think you’re tryna flirt with me.” you goaded playing into the quirk’s hand, he got up from his seat leaning on the desk close to your face a few inches apart.

“i don’t think i could be more clear shortcake i wanna fuck ya.” “is this the quirk talkin or you?” “that shitty bitch’s quirk only emphasizes what i’m thinking out loud. so lemme tell ya something right now before this shitty quirk wears off and while these idiots are finally quiet for once..” he pauses to grip your face making you look at him your doe eyes widening as a shiver runs through your spine.

“i don’t just wanna fuck ya, i wanna make love to ya, have you squirming under me, screamin’ my name, i wanna be your boyfriend then your husband and then i want a brat running around our backyard asking me for shit and i’ll spoil the hell out of ‘em too. now it doesn’t have to be in that order but it has to happen. i guess i’ll take your cute ass ona date first. be ready after school.”

you nodded your head all the while he was talking, cheesing inside cuz you’ve had a crush on the hot tempered blond for the longest, mina cheesed outwardly having known of your feelings. you grabbed his wrist pretty sure he could feel the heat waves coming off your face, fluttering your lashes up at him.

“one condition tho?” he looks at your lips back to your face. “anything shorty.“ “i want four kids.” he smirked squeezing your cheeks slightly shaking your face. “i can make that happen shortcake.” if you were in a cartoon your head would explode leaving steam and hearts behind.

mina squealed breaking you and bakugo out of y’all’s trance. “and imma be the fun auntie that teach them how to curse!” “i’m pretty sure bakugo will beat you to it.” denki snickers as mina hopped down from the table, pulling you along with her making herself oblivious to the vermilion eyes glaring into her skull that bakugo was doing.

as you left bakugo started yelling at his friends… as he does. “shut up sparky or would you like to explain that box under your dirty ass bed with all those fuckin magazines and that dollar lotion and tissue? had ta fuckin scrub up to my elbows with bleach after opening the damn box.”

denki nervously chuckled his face a pink hue as he let out a cough. “i have no idea what you’re talking about dude.” bakugo scoffs out an “of course you don’t.” kiri coughs rubbing the back of his neck. “hey umm bro it’s cool and all that you confessed to y/n, but how about you go home for the day?” bakugo’s lip curled into an ugly snarl. “didn’t you just hear me plan a date after school? why would I go home just to come back here? fuck off shit face”

Do you think either levi or aizawa would feel comfortable with their s/o or crush seeing them cry or are they the prideful type? Would they want comfort or space when they’re upset?

I think Levi would still try to hold his tears back even after spending so much time with his s/o. Humanity's Strongest isn't supposed to cry, that's what he always believed. Sometimes it's difficult for him to separate the soldier from the man. All his life he'd been fighting— he never had much time to allow himself the luxury of being vulnerable, much less around others. But the tears do slip when he's too drained to acknowledge the crumbling of his composure. It starts with a lone tear, and when his s/o notices, he's dragged to his room so he can cry away from the public eye. His cries are silent at first, with shaking shoulders, red-rimmed eyes and fluttering hands. He'd try anything to keep himself from shattering, but it doesn't work. It isn't until his s/o pulls him into a hug that he allows the first of many sobs erupt from his lips. He shamelessly cries once in his loves embrace.

Aizawa would try to deal with it on his own, though he isn't uncomfortable crying infront of his s/o. He just doesn't want to bother anyone with his emotions. People are busy and dealing with their own stuff, he doesn't feel like adding another burden. His breaking point would first present itself as a flutter of anxiety at first. Keeping things to himself for too long makes him antsy— he'd look for ways to distract himself, but that only pushes him closer towards the edge. His first tear comes when his s/o asks if he's okay. He doesn't have an answer that doesn't feel like a lie. He'd stutter and falter trying to explain his emotions, his frustration boiling over until more tears are spilling from his eyes. His cries wouldn't be loud of broken, they'd be trembling little things that escape him as he releases the air lodged in his chest. He'd cry like that in his s/o's embrace until he'd tired himself out enough to fall asleep.

not only i do not subscribe to the idea that Watari imposed L's role on the wammy’s residents (for different reasons) or that wammy’s was created just for L, but I also don't understand how that would work. Mello and Near are from the fourth generation (debatable but regardless, they don't seem to be from the second) and if they are the successors, it means that the people chosen from the prior generations either died or decided to back down. It's highly unlikely that everyone died, and if they decided to back down, that simply means that people can just do so, which goes against the most common headcanon in this fandom. I could accept that they all went into hiding, if only it weren't for the fact that Mello, Near and L are highly competitive individuals so there must be someone before Mello and Near that wanted to be L, especially because the way Wammy’s is structured leads to competitiveness. So what happened to those people, that at the time L dies are mostly adults? I think they would surely be the first choices, just because they are older. They don't even have to be individually the smartest people, because they can work together. I will always think that A and B's generation is also L's, so it would make sense that after A's death, the project was put on hold for a while, so nobody was actually chosen from the 2nd and 3rd generation (still debatable - do they actually exist or Mello’s came immediately after?). They probably weren't even introduced to the idea of a successor programme, so they had no idea of that, and only after, as L was getting more well known (and maybe even after B's attempt to ruin him or whatever he wanted to do) or when he started the Kira case, the successor programme was reinstalled. Still, no one is forcing anyone to be L. Near and Mello want to win, to be him. As Mello could just walk out of the Wammy’s, they could also say, fuck no, but they didn't. True that the Wammy’s could idolise L, but if we take as canon what he said to the kids and the fact that some began to dislike him, he doesn't want to be seen as an idiol and the kids are not brainwashed into thinking that.

‘The experiences of one’s youth, determine the entirety of one’s life…’

As much as I have my reservations about the direction in which BNHA is heading, i still absolutely love how certain secondary plot threads are being continued or developed.

Especially this one, god.

Because this panel, and AFO’s words, dont just refer to tomura, who’s obviously led a shit life but has managed to bond with some people at least, but indirectly also reflects on Aizawa.

And its the placement of characters in this scene that really gets to me. I mean, Kurogiri had no logical reason behind dropping Mic there- specifically where Aizawa is. But he does. And he talks about the feelings one harbours towards one’s friends, the panel zooming in on Aizawa, which i think is completely intentional.

The feelings that Aizawa still harbours towards Shirakumo, the memories of the three of them, including Midnight (why hasnt hori sensei mentioned her yet what even)

And I’m really glad we got this scene because hell when has Aizawa’s feelings ever been mentioned? And I’m talking verbally. As readers we always just knew thanks to Vigilantes and this in fact being a shounen manga (and that one scene where he bawled his eyes out because of dry eye, sure Aizawa we believe you,) but this man will never spit out the words so I’m glad its coming through at least this way.
