After taking pretty much a year off from POP, I finally practiced a little bit from POP 13. I am definitely not anywhere close to where I used to be. I know it will take some time and patience with myself before I can get to where I can start teaching POP classes again. However, I am looking forward to starting this journey over again. 💖 I haven’t exercised much at all in about a year. I have started off with walking my dog lately and I have done some light #Yoga recently, but nothing has been consistent since I stopped due to pain and 2 surgeries last year. I have been well past healed and have just become plain out lazy and afraid to start all over again.
