Julian having dozens of differently decorated eyepatches at his clinic so kids will feel at ease, including some basic ones they can decorate. Him remembering his little patients and wearing the ones they made for him to their next appointment.

The way he will always make a big show out of "secretly" passing them a treat for doing so well.

Julian is completely unfazed by folks being able to pay, he insists most coins are fake and anyways what he could REALLY use are some of those awesome herbs you grow because his partner is attempting to learn a new soup recipe. Oh, your partner paints? That's excellent because the community theater could really use some volunteers.

Shouldn't he be dead? Nonsense, all part of the Masquerade, you should see what he has planned for NEXT YEAR...only...maybe don't mention that to his partner...or his sister... actually, forget he said anything.

*nods* So you’re telling me that Lucio’s “anxiety or fear” are strong enough to manifest a giant monster when he’s given magic, and that monster has some very obvious Morga symbolism? He hasn’t met his mother for 20+ years, in the meantime met several eldritch horrors, spent a year coughing up blood from a deadly disease, was magically burned alive & stuck alone for 3 years, and yet Morga represents his worst fears.
