AFFIRMATIONS: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW!
this is a nice guide that’ll help all of you who are curious how to affirm and get what you desire!
What are Affirmations?
a statement that is used in effort to reprogram your subconscious mind.
How do I affirm?
repeat a phrase in your head a couple of times a day. that’s it. it’s that easy.
How many times a day should I affirm?
you can affirm as little or as much as you want. just don’t let it be a chore to the point you are forcing yourself to affirm.
some people only affirm once a day, a couple of times or for an hour straight. it all depends on you, honestly.
you should also affirm anytime you think of your desire, and go a mental diet. i talk about mental diets here.
Do I have to believe in my affirmations?
no, you don’t. eventually, you’re going to believe it anyways. if you still don’t, that’s fine!
your subconscious mind is who you are trying to convince anyway. anything you tell it, it believes. just because you don’t believe doesn’t mean you should give up. who knows? your manifestion could be right around the corner.
What if i don’t see progress?
affirm anyways. your affirmations are working behind the scenes!
who knows? maybe that money is finding its way to you right now, your SP is thinking about you, or your boss is thinking about giving you that promotion. it’s ALWAYS working. stop looking for validation from your circumstances — the only validation you need is from your imagination!
remember, your reality is just a reflection of your subconscious mind. it’s literally a mirror. getting angry at the mirror (your current circumstances) is illogical and will do you no good. so stop complaining about your circumstances, because circumstances don’t matter!
i don’t care if you’re dead broke, you got rejected or your SP tried to push you off a mountain. that situation was literally created by you, and YOU can change it! ignore the 3d.
AFFIRM NO MATTER WHAT YOU SEE.
What if I don’t know what I want?
you can use general/vain affirmations. for example, “i am blessed.”
with this affirmation, you will manifest things that will be considered blessings TO YOU. your subconscious mind is creative, and make sense of this affirmation, even though you don’t know what you want.
if your friend used this exact affirmation, both of you would get different things, because both of your definitions of “blessings” are different. for example, you might manifest a new job, she might a boyfriend. both are considered “blessings.”
i also really really REALLY recommend self concept affirmations and working on your self concept as well!
Can I change my mind affirmations frequently?
if it implies your desire? yeah. for example:
clear skin - “i have clear skin” - “my skin is flawless.” that is completely fine.
however, if you constantly make big jumps in what you want to manifest, it probably won’t manifest. you can’t affirm for a million dollars, then for 10 million two minutes later. you’re just going to confuse your subconscious mind.
PLANT THE SEED AND LET IT GROW.
What affirmations should I use for ____?
use whatever you’d like. create your own affirmations, and let them feel natural to you. for example, here are some examples.
clear skin - “i have clear skin.”
500,000 - “i have 500k in my bank account” i
boyfriend - “i have the perfect boyfriend.”
keep your affirmations short, easy and direct to the point. you can even exaggerate them if you wanted to. affirm in present tense, as if you already had your desire.
beauty - “i possess more beauty that aphrodite herself.”
wealth - “i am the richest person in the entire world.”
love - “my girlfriend worships the ground i walk on.”
don’t ask me for affirmations. you want something? affirm for it. if you struggle to find the perfect affirmation, think to yourself “what would i say if i had my desire right now?”
Do I have to feel happy when affirming?
feelings don’t matter when affirming. you can affirm when you’re sad, happy it you feel hopeless. and guess what? YOU CAN STILL GET WHAT YOU WANT.
PERSIST in your affirmation no matter what you feel. the way to feel is irrelevant. affirm anyways. this notion that you have to have “high vibrations” to manifest is fucking bullshit! i literally had a meltdown and i still affirmed, and guess what??? i still got my desire!
that’s it, folks! remember that you can manifest anything, you don’t need me to pat you on the back!
an affirmation is a repeated statement in effort to reprogram your subconscious mind
affirm as little or as much as you want
you don’t have to believe in your affirmations
there is always progress
affirm no matter what you see
don’t change your desire too quickly
self concept affirmations are extremely beneficial

How to romanticize your person:
Make a "badass" playlist that will make you motivated, now go and achieve your goals
Don't dress for the sake of dressing. Dress so you feel good.
Eating to survive? Nope. Eat so you fuel your body and also enjoy the food. Find balance.
Why bother working on projects? Because they matter to you. Achieve things because those goals set your soul on fire. That's enough.
Do stuff for yourself. There's no need for them to make sense for others. Your joy is top priority.
Invest in yourself first. It's important to share care and love to others but make sure you show yourself the same level of attention first.
There's only 1 opinion that matters the most and that's yours. Don't live in someone else's dream.
Find joy in the activities you do. Cleaning is amazing because you take care of your space and mental health. Eating 5 serves of fruits or veggies is great because it fuels your body and you feel energized. Reading brings knowledge which brings confidence.
Confidence is freedom. Aspire to listen to your heart. Others' words and opinions are leaves in the wind. They'll fly by and you never hear of them again.
You're always with you. Don't let someone who just passes by in your life control it. Also, enjoy your company.
Acknowledge your traits. As uncomfortable it is to learn to have a voice, don't let anyone make you feel invisible. There will always be at least 2 people who see you, you and me because you can always come and chat with me.
Setting boundaries is a form of self-love. Don't let your dreams, feelings or thoughts be stepped upon by others.
