Having an ed while I was pregnant was crazy. Like, I had to force myself to eat and not give in to the voice in my head screaming at me not to so my baby would be healthy. And I just watched myself expanding with time & while I loved seeing him grow, I hated seeing myself grow too. Anorexia will make you feel like your body changing throughout pregnancy is your fault and instead of seeing a cute baby bump, you only see that you’ve gotten bigger. Fighting against my ed during that time was indescribably hard and I felt like a horrible mother because of it. I still do.

I started my postpartum diet this weekend. Jo’s mother sent me a list of teas I should drink and a soup recipe consisting of taro root, cabbage, chayote, green plantains and potatoes. I made a basil tea that was so good and sipped on that throughout yesterday, then made the soup in the evening.

Hi guys I was hopping someone could give me any tips or suggestions for a liquid diet. I’ve never done one before but I honestly can’t live being this big… I just had a baby about a month ago and I’m finally cleared to work out again. I love my kids but I’m frankly a new mom and have lost all self identity especially since I can’t even look in the mirror being this large so please please if you have any tips, tricks, or suggestions I’m all ears.

I have done a LOT of heavy thinking this past week post-vacay (omg KinnPorsche meta AND Cherry Magic meta and so much awesomeness on identity politics), so I’m entering this weekend on a LIGHTER NOTE by recommending Teppachi! literally for the shirtless and muscular gratuitousness. There’s nothing to review here, just watch it for the visuals. The Machida Keita rabbithole is just, like, a post-Labor Day beach read.
And then I think I’m gonna go to a Cherry Magic re-watch simultaneously with Three Star Bar, but I also need to catch up with Sotsugyo Time Limit for my beloved Kimura Tatsunari, to catch up on his projects. And then what?!
I don’t really know, besides Little Women, what to watch on the K-drama side for new dramas, so it might be Doom At Your Service for me. (Little Women isn’t piquing my interest, unfort -- I wish it would.)
And Semantic Error. And I think Ishiko to Haneo, because the gifsets look so cute and I need to dive into Akaso Eiji, who I didn’t know was in Kamen Rider Build with beloved Takeda Kouhei! Eeeeeee.
And new eps of Kodoku no Gurume -- I haven’t seen seasons 8 and 9 yet, and there’s a new mini web-series of Goro eating with work colleagues.
Omg, I actually have a lot to watch. I really want to get excited about Unicorn ni Notte for a dose of Nishijima, but I don’t knowwwww. Maybe? If it’s possible for me to catch up on this list.
Anyway, I’ll use this list to keep accountable for now! If anyone out there is reading this, tell me new dramas that I should be watching! I see The Eclipse on the BL side is a popular one -- maybe I add that, too?

I can’t wait to finish breastfeeding for the sole purpose of being able to really restrict. I obviously try and eat enough to maintain supply and also not be tired but it hard to balance that out.
I will miss breastfeeding. I will forever cherish the bond. If anyone experiencing this please let me know.

"Unbelievable but this stuff works"
"There are so many supplements claiming that you can lose weight, so I was originally hesitant to order this one. But surely enough the research with the mitochondria was solid. I stopped eating vegetable oils and bought a few bottles of Mitathin. It's unbelievable, but this stuff works. So far I have burned 25 pounds of fat.

Postpartum Diet: Fueling Your Body for Hormonal Harmony
The postpartum period can be a challenging time for new mothers. Hormonal changes are common, and they can affect various aspects of a woman's health, including the menstrual cycle. Ensuring hormonal harmony is vital, and one way to achieve this is through a well-balanced postpartum diet for recovery.

Nourishing Your Body
The foods you consume play a significant role in maintaining hormonal balance. Nutrient deficiencies can exacerbate hormonal fluctuations, making it essential to prioritize a nutritious diet.
Dietary Strategies for Hormone Health
Balanced Macronutrients: Ensure your diet includes a good balance of carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats to support overall health and hormone production.
Hydration: Staying well-hydrated is crucial for hormone regulation. Water is necessary for many bodily processes, including hormone synthesis.
Iron and Folate: These nutrients are particularly important for women in the postpartum period. They support energy levels and overall well-being.
Limit Sugar and Processed Foods: Excess sugar and processed foods can lead to blood sugar spikes and crashes, which can disrupt hormonal balance.
Herbal Teas: Some herbal teas, like chasteberry and red raspberry leaf, are believed to support menstrual health.
Conclusion
Maintaining hormonal harmony is essential for overall well-being, and your postpartum diet can play a crucial role in achieving this balance. By adopting a diet rich in essential nutrients and avoiding foods that can disrupt your hormones, you can promote a healthy and regular menstrual cycle. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional or nutritionist to tailor your diet to your specific needs during the postpartum period.
