A song which reminds me of Bellatrix

Be My Friend by One Eye'd Doll: The overall story of the song talks of a serial killer who doesn't understand why she can't seem to make friends. The chorus goes as the following; Serial killers are people too if you take away the voices I'm just like you I'll hack you up and bury you in my yard but why does making friends have to be so very hard?

Oh my God, I don't even know where to begin lol. This song is just so wonderfully offensive...just like Bellatrix herself. So right off the bat and bluntly stated is 'serial killers are people too'. Bella it definitely fits there. And then there's the talk of the murder followed right by 'why don't I have any friends'. That just sounds like Bella to me. Murdering someone with her creepy childish delight. I can just see Bellatrix pondering something like this. Now the other lyrics are a bit more specific and kindof tell a specific story. They go as so; I met a cute boy, he liked my smile we fell in love for a little while he kissed me on the lips and it tasted sweet so I chopped him into pieces and cooked his meat. As I said this is a more specific example of a musical murder. Bella obviously hasn't done this (that's Greyback's job). But if you replace this morbid crime with references to her burning the burrow and running around chanting about how she killed Sirius, it fits. I use this example because as Kimberly Freeman (the lead vocalist) tries to make the above lyric sound twistedly romantic like how Bella thinks of Harry chasing her around as a fun game. Also this lyric reminds me of Nellie Lovett who is also played by Helena. And then there's this line There's a girl across the street from me I buried her son beneath a tree I don't know why she's mad at me. Replace 'girl' with 'boy' and 'son' with 'god father' and then take out the specifics of the burial and it fits like a morbid glove. On top of that Kimberly Freeman sings the entire song in a very cutsey kiddish voice.

Lord Voldemort attempted to ignore Bella as she entered the library. It was his fault for not taking the books back to his study, which was marginally more private, but one would assume the library in his own home would be private enough.

Bella had no sense of respect nor self preservation as she sidled up behind his armchair, draping her long pale arms around his chest and resting her chin on the muscle of his shoulder. She was quiet and still for a moment, reading the book over his shoulder, and he couldn't help the slight smile that graced the corner of his mouth as she was distracted for a moment longer as she finished the page. Blood magic had always been one of her favorites.

But soon enough she had turned her attentions back to him, and she gave a little purr as she nuzzled her face into his shoulder, nipping at the flesh playfully, first with her lips, then her teeth.

He turned the page, eyes narrowing as he resolved to at least try to finish the section before paying her any mind. His lips parted, and he took a millisecond to regain himself. That last bite has been firm.

I had a brief courtship with a girl from Ravenclaw in my sixth year. It lasted several months. She was pleasing enough: a pureblood, a star member of dueling club, attractive.

She broke it off as her graduation approached. She knew I was not going to continue with her, and was clever enough to be the one to break it off. The preemptive move was...embarrassing.

I had a couple other dalliances in my seventh year, but let nothing go on longer than a month or so.

I have not. I generally dislike the sensation of intoxication. I enjoy knowing I am in full control of myself at all times. To lose myself would be akin to the death of myself. Do you have a favorite cartoon? I personally like bluey the most although I think that bluey herself is not quite as good of a main character as bingo would be.

Have you considered becoming a vampire to reach immortality?

I mean, it’s not like you can go out in the sun anyway. You look like a ghost. There is no way you won’t get the worst sunburn known to man if you so much as step outside during the daytime.

I actually have.

In my twenties I embarked on an expedition to several vampire colonies in eastern Europe and North America. I witnessed their way of life, their cultural adaptations, their strengths and weaknesses. I interviewed many of them, learned about the process, the struggles.

I decided against the transition for a few reasons. First was the risk of death during the transformation, both at the hands of the vampire in a moment of weakness, or else during the weeklong shift process. This in and of itself was not the ultimate deal breaker - the horcrux process came with risk - but this, combined with the other drawbacks, was a factor.

Sunlight was another major con. Confining my movements to hours of darkness or else incorporating creative adaptations would be a hindrance and time consuming.

The most major drawback, however, would be the craving for human blood. From my observation and understanding, it is not merely a matter of hunger. I could, on a given day, develop a growling stomach and a desire for a flavored stew or a Yorkshire pudding. It is a typical human experience. I would not, however, be driven close to madness over the stew. I would not be unable to complete my day to day tasks without the stew, as I would without blood.

I would be a slave to the hunger, tearing apart all I could to sate it, likely killing those i mean to keep alive in the process. And when I returned to myself I would need to assess the damage done in the name of that hunger. And after some time - days, weeks - the hunger would return. I would lose myself again.

An immortality in which I had lost myself would be akin to a death.

Percy Jackson. He is a demigod, correct? Potter is just a slippery nuisance with slipperier friends. If it was not for his mother's good luck charm, I would have squashed him like a bug at my earliest convenience.

As Jackson also has a few comrades in arms, and I assume a demigod would have better friends than whatever Potter is trying to be, well, it would be no contest.
