What's this?! My very first ever Invincible art?! And a Mock Comic cover no less.
So this fancy shmancy pic is for a possible story I may pen up later down the line. This takes place in a Multiverse I've called Earth Prime 3, which is 12-13 years in the future of the current Invincible TV Universe. (It's my belief, based on all the changes they've made from comic to TV, that the TV version is actually it's own Multiverse)
Cecil and his team actually monitor nine different Multiverses, due to how closely they correlate with theirs. EP3 is the only one that takes place years ahead, which leads him and a few other scientists to consider it could actually be their actual future timeline. There are subtle changes, as well as some greater changes. Though most major events have come to pass, and some yet to come.
Cecil has also managed to make limited contact with the EP3 Cecil, and the two have agreed on making certain arrangements, that only two shady men can do.
Meanwhile, life goes on and EP3 has benefited from some amazing medical advances, such as the eradication of HIV, the discovery of a reverse for Cancer, advanced robotic prosthetics available to practically anyone (including lower-income families), artificial organs, also widely available, and more.
Mark continues to keep EP3 safe, with the help of the Guardians, Eve and a few other new faces. Nolan hasn't been seen since he left, nor has anyone seen any sign of any Viltrumites in the Solar System.
William, now an M.D., works for the government - specifically under Cecil - as a medical profession for most of the Hero Teams. If he's not fist deep in a chest cavity stitching someone's organs back together, he's researching the next cure for the next illness to cross off his list. This line of work has caused William to lose a small bit of his carefree innocence he once had as a teen, but he's still able to stay grounded and have a good/happy life knowing he's contributed greatly to humanities health - as well as Mark's - being his personal physician (appointed by Cecil), even though that'd normally be considered controversial.
