Look at you, eating just to eat. Here's some things I remember when I feel like eating!
A.) You're just bored. If there's nothing to do find a distraction or nap!
B.) Your stomach is empty. Yay! You're on the right track, now drink some warm water to be filling, maybe eat a tiny bit of salt as a treat!
C.) You miss the flavor. Try drinking something low calorie, or even better, brush your teeth. You won't remember the taste but your body will definitely remember the calories.
D.) You miss the feeling. Find something to chew on, or eat some ice. You'll make it through.
If you're genuinely hungry it'll pass. Do it for you in the future!

the worst thing about WL for me personally is that progress is so slow and it takes longer to see and i also do high res bc i can’t maintain low res long term and omg i know it’s only been five days and i obviously won’t see 10lbs drop and inches go off my waist and hips but somehow i gotta keep myself motivated and keep persuading myself that eventually i’ll see the change i know i will but in the moment it’s so hard😭😭😭😭😭😭
